摘要: Methods and systems for automatically mitigating risks of insurance-related events to a property are provided. According to certain aspects, a smart home controller or insurance provider remote processor may analyze data received from a plurality of smart devices disposed on, within, or proximate to a property, as well as data received from an insurance provider. If it is determined that an actual or potential risk of property damage exists, the smart home controller or insurance provider remote processor may automatically issue commands to one or more smart devices to take actions that mitigate the risk. The smart home controller may also transmit information about the actual or potential risks and any mitigative actions to an insurance provider. The insurance provider remote processor may interpret the transmitted data to perform insurance activities, such as providing a discount and/or adjusting an insurance premium or policy associated with the property.

摘要: A building management system includes a communications bus, and devices coupled to the communications bus. The devices are coupled to the communications bus and configured to communicate on the communications bus using a master-slave token passing protocol. A first one of the devices has an active node table stored therein. The active node table includes multiple nodes. Each node represents one of the devices participating in a token passing ring used to exchange information among the devices via the communications bus using the master-slave token passing protocol. The first device is configured to monitor the active node table for new nodes and to identify a new device communicating on the communications bus in response to a determination that the active node table includes a new node.

摘要: Described are platforms, systems, and methods to automatically discover, extract, map, merge, and enrich data found in on-premises in automated industrial and commercial environments and cloud systems for purposes of providing developers access to normalized, merged, and enriched data through an API. The platforms, systems, and methods identify a plurality of data sources associated with an automation environment; retrieve data from at least one of the identified data sources; apply a first algorithm to map the retrieved data to a predetermined ontology; merge the mapped data into a data store comprising timeseries of the mapped data; apply a second algorithm to identify patterns in the merged data and enriching the data based on one or more identified patterns; and provide one or more APIs or one or more real-time streams to provide access to the enriched data.

摘要: Methods and systems for homeowner-directed risk mitigation for damage to a property associated with insurance-related events are provided. A smart home controller may analyze data received from a plurality of smart devices disposed on, or proximate to, a property as well as data received from an insurance provider. If it is determined that an actual or potential risk of property damage exists, the smart home controller may transmit an alert to a homeowner detailing the risk. The homeowner may respond to the alert by transmitting an instruction to mitigate or prevent damage associated with the risk back to the smart home controller. Subsequently, the smart home controller may transmit information about the actual or potential risks and any homeowner-directed mitigative actions to an insurance provider. The insurance provider may interpret the transmitted data and perform insurance activities, such as providing discounts and adjusting an insurance policy associated with the property.

摘要: An LED lighting device, and a smart home control system and method are provided. A smart terminal is configured to send a control instruction to an LED lighting device and to receive at least one sound pulse signal from the LED lighting device to remotely control one or more household electrical appliances that have an infrared remote control function. The LED lighting device includes a Wi-Fi module, an infrared remote control module and a sound pulse detection module. The Wi-Fi module receives the control instruction and transmits the control instruction to the infrared remote control module. The infrared remote control module converts the control instruction to an infrared control signal. The sound pulse detection module detects a prompt tone when the one or more household electrical appliances are turned on remotely, converts the prompt tone to a sound pulse signal, and sends the sound pulse signal to the smart terminal.

摘要: A thermostat system for accessing a home automation system includes a device interface module for accessing a first home automated device, a wide-area communication module for data communication with an external network, and a local communication module for data communication over a home automation network. The first home automated device may be an external HVAC device. A first command for accessing the first home automated device is received. A first access signal based on the first received command is generated and transmitted to the first home automated device. A second command for accessing the second home automated device is received. A second access signal based on the second received command is generated and transmitted to the second home automated device. The first access signal may be transmitted independently of the home automation network while the second access signal may be transmitted via the home automation network.

摘要: A monitoring system for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system of a building includes a monitoring device installed at the building, a monitoring server located remotely from the building, and a review server. The monitoring device measures an aggregate current supplied to components of the HVAC system and transmits current data based on the measured aggregate current. The monitoring server receives the transmitted current data and, based on the received current data, assesses whether failures have occurred in first and second components of the HVAC components. The monitoring server generates a first advisory in response to determining that the failure has occurred in the first component. The review server provides the first advisory to a technician for review and, in response to the technician verifying that the failure has occurred, transmits a first alert.
