Abstract: An inverter apparatus having a power supply circuit includes a converter circuit for rectifying AC power into DC power, a smoothening circuit for smoothening the rectified DC power, an inverter circuit for converting the smoothened DC into AC at a variable frequency through a plurality of switches to control a load, and a current detection circuit for detecting overcurrent from the smoothened DC supplied from the inverter circuit, wherein the inverter circuit applies bootstrap power for driving the switches to the current detection circuit to use the bootstrap power as power of the current detection circuit. When bootstrap power for driving switch gates is used, it is possible to use the bootstrap power as the power of the current detection circuit by adding the auxiliary circuit composed of a small number of passive elements.

Abstract: A brushless direct current (BLDC) motor of axial gap type includes a rotational axis, a stator rotatably connected to the rotational axis, a rotor disposed apart from the stator in an axial direction of the rotational axis, fixedly connected to the rotational axis, and including a permanent magnet formed on an inner surface thereof to face the stator. Further, the stator is formed as wiring board and includes a plate-like board body and a coil pattern. The board body is disposed in a horizontal position with regard to the rotor and has a central hole into which the rotational axis is inserted. The coil pattern is formed in the board body and arranged in a radial form around the central hole.

Abstract: The described technology relates to a stator of a planar type motor and a planar type motor using the same, which are easy to manufacture and are capable of reducing core losses, thereby maximizing motor performance. First cores that are difficult to form by stacking electrical steel plates are formed of soft magnetic powders, and second cores that are formed by stacking electrical steel plates having the same size are arranged in a region where a vortex is concentrated, thereby allowing easy manufacture and being capable of maximizing the performance of the planar type motor.

Abstract: A stator of a switched reluctance motor includes a stator core part, stator coiling parts, stator salient parts, and pairs of permanent magnets. The stator coiling parts protrude inwardly from the stator core part and have coils wound on an external side thereof. The stator salient parts protrude inwardly from the stator core part and are disposed between the stator coiling parts. Each pair of the permanent magnets is inserted into each of the stator coiling parts and magnetized in the same direction as a direction of a magnetic field generated by the excitation of the coils. This stator has an electromagnetic structure designed to prevent the reversal of a magnetic field generated by the excited coils. The output of the motor is enhanced by inserting the permanent magnets so as to be magnetized in the same direction as a direction of a magnetic field generated by the excited coils.
