    摘要: A rotary reluctance motor includes a set of inner disks each having an inner diameter root, an outer diameter free end, and a plurality of alternating high permeability teeth and low permeability material segments. A set of outer disks is interleaved with the inner disks to form a disk stack. Each outer disk has an outer diameter root, an inner diameter free end, and a plurality of alternating high permeability teeth and low permeability material segments. The inner and outer disks are configured to bear against and support each other in response to axial magnetic forces. Flux return portions are disposed axially adjacent the disks at each end of the disk stack. A coil is associated with the roots of one of the sets of disks and configured to provide axial flux through the disk stack to rotate one set of disks with respect to the other set of disks.

    摘要: An actuator maintains high efficiency, can react to an increase in pole, has a high part fit, and can be manufactured at low cost while it is thinned. The actuator includes a magnet which is formed in a ring shape, in which at least one surface perpendicular to a central axis thereof is divided in a peripheral direction and alternately plane-magnetized in different poles; a stator including a plurality of magnetic pole teeth opposed to the magnetized surface of the magnet; a rotor, which is held to be rotatable about a rotational axis as a center, includes a disk portion whose surface perpendicular to the rotational axis is bonded to the magnet, and is made of a soft magnetic material; and a coil, which is located on substantially the same surface as that of the magnet, is fixed to the stator, and excites the stator and the disk portion.

    摘要: The invention relates to improvement of a motor with a rotor including a permanent magnet. The motor comprises a yoke of soft magnetic material, a plurality of field poles each having a field core of semi-hard magnetic material and a pole piece of soft magnetic material, a plurality of coils wound around the field cores respectively, and a rotor including a permanent magnet. In this constitution, utilizing action of the minor loop of the field cores of semi-hard magnetic material, the residual magnetic flux density of the plurality of field cores is controlled in sequence and the shifting magnetic field is induced thereby the magnetic poles of the rotor are attracted in sequence so as to move the rotor.

    摘要: A single phase stepping motor, particularly for clocks, with a rotor with several pole teeth, of which each pole tooth comprises a main pole and an auxiliary pole formed on the latter, and with a stator, the latter being made of two stator parts connected with one another via a bridge part, the latter carrying the excitation winding, of which each stator part on its free end transfers into an equal or smaller number (in comparison to the rotor pole number) of stator pole teeth, the stator pole teeth being directed towards the face side of the rotor, as well as a permanent magnetic circuit arranged between the stator pole teeth by means of which circuit the rest position of the rotor is determined with the unexcited condition of the stator. Each auxiliary pole comprises a projection extending in the circumferential direction in the area of the edge of the rotor and the permanent magnetic circuit comprises at least one permanent magnet, the latter being arranged beyond the circumference of the rotor and extending with its pole axis approximately tangential to the rotor such that a part of the magnetic lines of force close across the circumferential edge zone of a main pole and auxiliary pole of the rotor.

    摘要: A stator assembly for an electric motor includes a drive plate, a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core. A first core slot is formed in the first magnetic core and a second slot is formed in the second magnetic core. The first and second magnetic cores each include two elongated members joined at one end by a base member which are defined by the respective core slots. The two elongated members extend from the base member substantially parallel to each other toward the drive plate. A stator coil is wound through the first core slot and the second core slot. An electrical current flowing in the stator coil generates a magnetic field about the stator coil that is absorbed by the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core to generate a magnetic flux in each of the magnetic cores that magnetically attracts the drive plate.
