Abstract: The present invention includes: a porous structure containing an oxygen ion conductive material; and a coating layer disposed on the porous structure and containing an electronically conductive material, in which a content of the oxygen ion conductive material is greater than that of the electronically conductive material, and the coating layer is uniformly formed to a thickness of 20 nm or less.
