Abstract: Disclosed herein is an siRNA that inhibits the expression of USP 15 protein and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same for preventing or treating cancers. According to the present invention, the siRNA of the present invention inhibits the expression of USP 15 protein thereby substantially inhibiting the growth and metastasis of cancer cells.
