An apparatus (1) for the shaping of plastics material pre-forms (10) into plastics material containers (20) with a movable carrier (2) on which is arranged at least one shaping station (4), wherein the shaping station has a blow moulding device (6), and wherein the shaping station additionally has a stressing device (12) which acts upon the plastics material pre-forms with a flowable medium for their expansion, wherein the shaping station additionally has a rod-like body (14) which is capable of being inserted into the plastics material pre-forms in order to stretch them in the longitudinal direction (L) thereof, wherein the shaping station has a drive device (24) which moves the rod-like body (14) with respect to the plastics material pre-form. According to the invention a coupling device (30) is provided which couples a movement of the rod-like body (14) with respect to the plastics material pre-form to a movement of the stressing device (12) with respect to the plastics material pre-form (10)—in particular in a mechanical manner—at least for a time, and the apparatus has an influencing device (40) which influences a supply movement of the stressing device (12) towards the plastics material pre-form at least locally.

An apparatus for forming plastic material preforms into plastic material containers has a transport device which transports the plastic material preforms along a predetermined transport path, wherein this transport device has a plurality of transport devices preferably adjoining one another for transporting the plastic material preforms, with a heating device, which heats the plastic material preforms, and with a forming device which is arranged along the transport path of the plastic material preforms downstream of the heating device, wherein the apparatus has a first transport device which feeds the plastic material preforms individually to the heating device, wherein the heating device has a second transport device which transports the plastic material preforms during their heating. The first transport device has a first drive device and the second transport device has a second drive device and the first drive device and the second drive device can be controlled independently of one another.

In a method for operating an apparatus for transforming plastic preforms into plastic containers, the apparatus acts upon a flowable medium to plastic preforms in order to expand these plastic preforms to form the plastic containers, and the apparatus carries out this transforming operation while taking account of a plurality of process parameters. The plurality of process parameters is determined on the basis of a machine model, wherein a predefined number of input parameters are transferred to this machine model and at least one processor unit determines the process parameters and/or values characteristic of these process parameters on the basis of these input parameters.
