Abstract: A print head for an inkjet printer includes a nozzle, a first electrode positioned to receive an ink droplet from the nozzle, a second electrode positioned to receive the ink droplet from the first electrode, and a controller configured to operate the first electrode to ionize the ink droplet and set a flight speed of the ink droplet. The controller is further configured to selectively activate the second electrode to deflect the ink droplet in response to the print head changing from a horizontal printing orientation to a vertical printing orientation.

The PDF converter separates the document into different groups that are processed separate to generate multiple PDF files for the document. The PDF files include a first page file and subsequent files for groups of pages separated according to criteria, such as page number or size. The separate PDF file is sent to the PDF interpreter to be printed without waiting for the subsequent data within the document.

The system further comprises a data compressor, a memory device, a data decompressor, a color converter and a halftoner configured to convert the color data to color halftone data, and a texture data generator configured to combine the texture attribute plane data decompressed by the data decompressor and the color halftone data from the halftoner to generate output ink data for a printer engine to print the input image with texture.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a printer and a method of loading one or more papers into printer tray. In an aspect, the proposed printer can include a printer tray configured to hold a plurality of papers to be used for printing; and a paper sensor configured to sense when number of papers in the printer tray is below a defined threshold, such that when the number of papers in the printer tray is below the defined threshold, the paper sensor issues a notification message to a drone that in turn is configured to, based on the received notification message, pick up and carry one or more papers from a paper storage shelf and load the picked up one or more papers into the printer tray.
