Provided is an information processing apparatus that accurately estimates printing jobs. A data acquisition unit acquires a job for estimation. A unit estimation unit calculates an estimation of the work for each specific unit of the job acquired by the data acquisition unit. An estimation analysis unit detects repetition and a period of the repetition from the estimation of the work for the specific unit at the time calculated by the unit estimation unit. The entire estimation unit estimates an estimation of the work of the entire job based on the repetition and the period detected by the estimation analysis unit. The estimation presentation unit presents the estimation of the work calculated by the entire estimation unit.

Provided is an image processing apparatus that efficiently performs time-divisional image processing tasks related to image formation of an image forming apparatus. A time division determination unit configured to determine and switch which of divided work items to execute based on execution time in a condition where at least one first task to be processed at a specific pace and at least one second task to be processed at best effort are respectively divides into smaller work items. A task execution unit executes the work item switched by the time division determination unit in a time division. This work item uses something as like first band data and second band data.

Provided is an image processing apparatus that enhances the distinctiveness of document having a color portion and outputs in monochrome. A monochrome visual determination unit determines whether or not the distinctiveness of the color portion is low when the document data having the color portion is output in monochrome. This color portion includes characters, electronic marks, and graphs, and they are after a specific keyword. A monochrome presentation unit presents to a user a warning or a result of modification when there is the color portion that the distinctiveness is determined to be low by the monochrome visual determination unit. The monochrome presentation unit presents a state in which the document data is output in monochrome by displaying a preview.

An instruction acquiring unit filters the plurality of jobs according to a specific condition, presents a job list in which only filtered job is arranged in printing order, and acquires an instruction to change the printing order for selected job. A list expanding unit expands and presents at least part of unpresented job that is not presented by the filtering by the instruction acquiring unit in the job list when a specific time has elapsed while the selected job exists. A list adjusting unit adjusts the printing order in the job list according to the instruction having the unpresented job expanded by the list expanding unit. An image forming unit respectively outputs the plurality of jobs in the printing order.
