摘要: A method is provided for measuring glycated hemoglobin in a hemoglobin-containing sample which comprises reacting glycated hemoglobin in the hemoglobin-containing sample with an enzyme that catalyzes a reaction of oxidizing the glycated hemoglobin to generate hydrogen peroxide, in the presence of at least one anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of N-acyl taurine in which a hydrogen atom of the amino group may be substituted with a substituent, alkyl sulfoacetic acid, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether acetic acid, N-acyl amino acid in which a hydrogen atom of the amino group may be substituted with a substituent, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid, polyoxyethylene polycyclic phenyl ether phosphoric acid, alkyl phosphoric acid, and salts thereof, to generate hydrogen peroxide, and measuring the generated hydrogen peroxide.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for preserving a leuco chromogen-containing aqueous solution comprising: adding at least one acid compound selected from the group consisting of a phosphoric acid compound, a carboxylic acid compound, a sulfonic acid compound, and a sulfuric acid compound to a leuco chromogen-containing aqueous solution; a method for stabilizing a leuco chromogen in an aqueous solution comprising: adding at least one acid compound selected from the group consisting of a phosphoric acid compound, a carboxylic acid compound, a sulfonic acid compound, and a sulfuric acid compound to a leuco chromogen-containing aqueous solution; and a liquid reagent comprising a leuco chromogen and at least one acid compound selected from the group consisting of a phosphoric acid compound, a carboxylic acid compound, a sulfonic acid compound, and a sulfuric acid compound.

摘要: Provided is a method for suppressing an effect of ascorbic acid on a measurement of glycated hemoglobin in a glycated hemoglobin-containing sample. The method of the present invention is a method for suppressing an effect of ascorbic acid on the measurement of glycated hemoglobin in a glycated hemoglobin-containing sample, comprising reacting the glycated hemoglobin-containing sample with a proteolytic enzyme, reacting a generated glycated peptide with a glycated peptide oxidase, and then measuring a generated hydrogen peroxide, wherein the reaction of the glycated peptide with the glycated peptide oxidase is performed in the presence of a halogen oxide and a substance selected from the group consisting of a substance represented by formula (I), wherein R1 represents substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and a substance represented by the general formula (II), wherein R2 represents substituted or unsubstituted alkyl; and represents a single bond or a double bond.
