摘要： The vibration and noise excited by the electromagnetic exciting force in the radial direction of an electric motor are suppressed.In an electric motor 100, a rotor 1 is divided into four rotor pieces 3, 4, 5, and 6 for an axial length of 2L of one group of the rotor core, and for example, the four rotor pieces 3, 4, 5, and 6 are ideally 0.29L, 0.71L, 0.71L, and 0.29L in axial length in the axial direction, and permanent magnets 2 of the rotor pieces 3, 4, 5, and 6 are arranged in the circumferential direction so that the phase differences of the electrical angle are 0, π, 0, and π. Further, when an effect is obtained even if the ideal axial length is changed, the tolerance of the aforementioned axial length is ±0.1L.

摘要： A seal for a joint subjected to oscillatory motion having a W-shaped seal ring in an unloading condition which encompasses a load ring. The W-shaped seal ring comprises a driving flange, a sealing flange and a bight portion interconnecting the two flanges. The load ring is adapted to be fitted in the seal ring to force the driving flange into an interference fit with the counterbore walls so as to cause the driving torque to be applied through the seal ring. The thickness of the driving flange and the bight portion is made substantially same so as to ensure enough rigidity in the radial direction while allowing the seal ring to deform readily in the axial direction.

摘要： An oil pan to be installed to a cylinder block of an internal combustion engine mounted on an automotive vehicle. The oil pan comprises an oil pan main body section which includes a deep pan section for storing lubricating oil, and a shallow pan section integral with the deep pan section. A baffle plate is fixedly disposed inside the oil pan main body and extends to cover a lower part of an inside of the deep pan section. The baffle plate is located generally horizontal in a condition where the vehicle on which the engine is mounted is located on a generally horizontal road. The baffle plate is located spaced from a surface of the lubricating oil stored inside the deep pan section. The baffle plate includes a generally horizontally extending main body section, and an oil maintaining wall which projects upward from an upper surface of the main body section so as to retain the lubricating oil on the main body section.
