摘要: The vibration and noise excited by the electromagnetic exciting force in the radial direction of an electric motor are suppressed.In an electric motor 100, a rotor 1 is divided into four rotor pieces 3, 4, 5, and 6 for an axial length of 2L of one group of the rotor core, and for example, the four rotor pieces 3, 4, 5, and 6 are ideally 0.29L, 0.71L, 0.71L, and 0.29L in axial length in the axial direction, and permanent magnets 2 of the rotor pieces 3, 4, 5, and 6 are arranged in the circumferential direction so that the phase differences of the electrical angle are 0, π, 0, and π. Further, when an effect is obtained even if the ideal axial length is changed, the tolerance of the aforementioned axial length is ±0.1L.

摘要: A memory device has a variable storage capacity depending on the object of use by a user, thereby improving convenience in use of the device. The memory device has a casing which may be loaded into host equipment. The casing has a plural number of loading sections in each of which a memory chip can be mounted. The casing carrying the memory chips has a terminal unit at the end insertable in the host equipment. Data readout from or writing into the memory chip is controlled by a semiconductor unit forming a control circuit disposed in the casing. The memory device may be of a recording capacity as desired by a user by changing the number of the memory chips mounted in the loading sections or by mounting memory chips of variable recording capacities in the loading sections.

摘要: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor device including a TiN film, including a deposition step of forming a TiN film by the CVD method, an anneal step of performing a heat treatment to the formed TiN film in an atmosphere of NH3 gas, an NH3 gas purge step of purging NH3 gas, and a step of further repeating the deposition step, the anneal step, and the NH3 gas purge step for at least one time. The deposition step is performed using titanium halide gas and NH3 gas as material gases and with a deposition temperature of 300° C.-450° C. to form the TiN film by a thickness of 1 nm-5 nm for each deposition step. Thus, a semiconductor device in which generation of irregularly grown objects in the TiN film is suppressed and a manufacturing method thereof can be provided.

摘要: A hydraulic control system controls a hydraulic pressure as a standby pressure in a period from an engagement start point at which an engagement instruction for engaging a friction element is started to an abutment start point at which an abutment between an input element and an output element is started. The hydraulic pressure supplied to at least one friction element is so increased as to switch the friction element from a disengagement state to an engagement state, thus transmitting a revolution of the input element of the friction element to the output element of the friction element. The hydraulic control system includes: a speed sensor for sensing a speed of the friction element; and a standby pressure increase section for increasing the standby pressure in accordance with the speed of the friction element sensed with the speed sensor.

摘要: An internal combustion engine with dry sump lubricating system includes a feed pump which supplies lubricating oil from a lubricating oil tank disposed outside an engine body to all moving parts in the engine. After circulating through the engine, the lubricating oil drops down into a crank chamber and is immediately picked up from the crank chamber and sent back into the lubricating oil tank by a recovery pump. Since the lubricating oil tank is attached to an end of the engine body from which a crankshaft project, it does not increase the overall width (dimension in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the crankshaft) and height of the engine. Even when the engine has inclined cylinders, the lubricating oil tank can avail a high degree of design freedom because the end face is not influenced by inclination of the cylinders as greatly as side surfaces of the engine body. The engine also includes a breather system so designed as to prevent an operation failure of the engine which would otherwise be caused due to inflow of the lubricating oil into an intake system of the engine.
