摘要: A housing supporting a rotational shaft and accommodating an axial piston member is provided with an oil reservoir space that faces at least one of the two end faces in the axial direction of the rotational shaft. The rotational shaft is provided with a rotational-shaft-side supply oil passage that includes an axial hole open to the oil reservoir space and an axial-piston-member lubricating oil hole having one end fluidly connected to the axial hole and the other end open to a portion of the external surface of the first rotational shaft that faces the axial piston member.

摘要: A housing of an axial piston device is provided with a drain port for discharging the retained oil to the outside and a supply oil passage for guiding lubricating oil, which has been supplied from an oil source, toward a first hydraulic axial piston member. The drain port is arranged so as to bring about such a retained-oil level that a second hydraulic axial piston member, which is disposed below the first hydraulic axial piston member, is partially or entirely immersed in the retained oil while the first hydraulic axial piston member is not immersed in the retained oil.

摘要: A pump operation piston biased by a neutral spring mechanism and a larger volume operation spring biased by a larger volume operation spring in a larger volume direction operatively move pump and motor volume adjusting members, respectively, is provided. A first pressure control valve commonly controls supply-discharge of pressure oil that presses the pump operation piston in a first slide direction and the motor operation piston in a smaller volume direction. A second pressure control valve controls supply-discharge of pressure oil that presses the pump operation piston in a second slide direction. Biasing forces of the neutral spring mechanism and the larger volume operation spring are so set that, after the pump operation piston is moved in the first slide direction by a predetermined distance, the motor operation piston starts moving.

摘要: [Problem] To reduce a length in an axial direction of an entire structure including an input gear train for shifting and transmitting an input power to a pump shaft and an output gear train for shifting and transmitting an HST output from a motor shaft to a planetary gear mechanism. [Solution] An HMT structure of the present invention includes an input shaft disposed in parallel to a pump shaft and a motor shaft with one side in an axial direction operatively connected to a drive source and the other side in the axial direction extending from an HST pump to the other side in the axial direction, an HST-input gear train for operatively transmitting a rotational power from the input shaft to the pump shaft, and an HST-output gear train for operatively transmitting an HST output from the motor shaft to a planetary gear mechanism, and the HST-input gear train and the HST-output gear train are disposed between the HST pump and the HST motor, and the planetary gear mechanism in the axial direction.
