摘要: An instrument configured for performing a surgery includes a distal end portion, a proximal end portion, and a tube connecting the distal end portion and the proximal end portion. A fluid fitting includes an inlet configured for receiving flow of an irrigating fluid into the instrument and at least two exits configured for guiding the flow of the irrigating fluid out of the instrument. A first exit is configured to allow the irrigating fluid to flow towards the distal end portion of the instrument and a second exit is configured to allow the irrigating fluid to flow towards the proximal end portion of the tube. A size of the first exit is larger than a size of the second exit to enable greater flow towards the distal end portion.

摘要: A microsurgical instrument, with a handle and a removably insertable engine block. The handle can be coupled with a work piece and includes a base body and, mounted in the base body, an input shaft for motorized actuation of at least one degree of freedom of the work piece. In addition, the handle has an engine interface, into which the engine block can be installed, and on which at least an electric contact and a mechanical coupling are situated, the mechanical coupling includes a claw coupling element that is non-rotatably connected with the input shaft and can be coupled with a corresponding claw coupling element of the engine block. In addition, the handle has an actuation element, with which a current flow through the electric contact of the engine interface can be activated and deactivated. The claw coupling element of the handle is mounted on the input shaft so that it can slide longitudinally.

摘要: A tool for a medical instrument includes a stationary component, a branch which is pivotable relative to the stationary component about a pivot axis, a transmission device for transmitting a force to the pivotable branch, and a coupling device for coupling the transmission device to the pivotable branch in such a way that a translation of the transmission device entails a pivoting movement of the pivotable branch about its pivot axis. The coupling device includes several coupling portions on the pivotable branch and several coupling portions on the transmission device. Each coupling portion on the pivotable branch is assigned to a corresponding coupling portion on the transmission device. The coupling portions are arranged and designed such that the coupling of pivotable branch and transmission device is effected, depending on the positions of pivotable branch and transmission device, by different pairs of corresponding coupling portions.

摘要: A surgical instrument comprises a shaft, wherein a deflectable articulation section is formed at the shaft, a proximal handling portion at a proximal end of the shaft, a distal effector at a distal end of the shaft, and a deflection mechanism for controlling a bending state of the articulation section. The deflection mechanism comprises a first pull element for a deflection movement and a second pull element for a return movement. The first pull element and the second pull element are jointly pretensioned during the movement of the articulation section. An interface is provided where the instrument is demountable into a distal shaft assembly and a proximal handle piece, wherein the effector is controlled via an actuation mechanism that passes through the interface in a mounted state. The actuation mechanism comprises a push piece having a distal end that is coupled with the effector and a proximal end that is actuable by a pushing movement.

摘要: A medical instrument having an elongated shaft, with an elongated outer tube, a first transmission element including a first and second half tube, mutually displaceable in a longitudinal direction in order to operate one first functional element, wherein a second transmission element is in a cavity formed by the first and second half tube. A shaft housing connected to the outer tube is arranged in a proximal end portion of the shaft, and a first hollow tube which is connected to the first half tube is arranged within the shaft housing, and a second hollow tube connected to the second half tube within the first hollow tube, with substantially annular first and second seals. The first and second half tube extend through the shaft housing, a seal is arranged between an inner surface of the shaft housing and the outer surfaces of the first and second half tube.
