    摘要: The invention relates to a method of performing production operations of an oilfield having at least one process facility and at least one wellsite operatively connected thereto, each at least one wellsite having a wellbore penetrating a subterranean formation for extracting fluid from an underground reservoir therein. The method steps include receiving a number of steps each from at least one of a number of collaborators, specifying an automated workflow including the number of steps and for generating a first well plan, obtaining first data associated with the production operations, applying the automated workflow to the first data to generate the first well plan, adjusting the production operations based on the first well plan, and modifying at least one of the number of steps based on input from at least one of the number of collaborators to generate an updated automated workflow.

The system includes multiple wellsite simulators, each modeling a portion of the wellsite, at least one non-wellsite simulator, each modeling a portion of a non-wellsite region of the oilfield; and at least one coupling positioned among the wellsite simulators and the non-wellsite simulator. The coupling selectively links the wellsite simulators and the non-wellsite simulator according to a pre-defined configuration for selective communication.

The method can be applied to the simulation hydrocarbon processing, including oil and gas processing and production, refining and petrochemicals processing. The method includes receiving process information defining a process for simulation; creating and storing at least one rule defining a time-dependent property of the process information; and simulating the process based on the received process information under variation of the time-dependent property of the process information.
