摘要： A film is drawn out from a film roll and continuously transferred, and margins of the film are overlapped and is sealed to produce a vertical seal by paired vertical seal rollers to shape the film into a tubular form. A product content is filled into a tube-shaped portion of the film, and the tube-shaped portion of the film is sealed to produce a lateral seal by paired lateral seal rollers and to thereby form a bag. At least one lateral seal roller of the lateral seal rollers is movably provided and there are provided a pusher device for pushing at least one seal roller against the other seal roller, a joint detector provided upstream in a film transfer direction of the paired lateral seal rollers for detecting a joint in the film, and a controller which reduces or eliminates a pushing force exerted by the pusher device when a specified time period has elapsed after detection of the joint in the film by the joint detector.

摘要： A filling and packaging machine adapted to vertically seal a film which is continuously fed, by a vertical sealing unit and thereby form the film into a bottomed cylindrical body, laterally seal the cylindrical film by a lateral sealing unit and thereby form a bottom portion of a packaging bag to be obtained, pack an object material into the bottomed cylindrical film from a filling nozzle disposed in the film, and laterally seal while feeding the film the portion of the film which is to form a mouth of the packaging bag by the lateral sealing unit, whereby the material is packaged continuously, the machine including a material supply unit joined to the filling nozzle and adapted to supply the object material, a detector adapted to detect the lateral sealing time of the lateral sealing unit, and a control unit for having the material supplied intermittently by starting a material supplying operation of the material supply unit when a predetermined period of time has elapsed after a lateral sealing signal is outputted from the lateral sealing time detector, continuing the supplying of the material for a predetermined period of time and then stopping supplying the material. The material supplied intermittently is packaged continuously without being held between the laterally sealed portions of the packaging bag.

摘要： An easily openable sealed package bag (P) which hermetically seals a material to be packed (W), such as liquid, powder and viscous material, by longitudinally and laterally sealing three or four sides of a package film (F). A seal opening notch (N) comprising a cut is formed in a sealed portion (S) of the package bag (P) in such a way as to extend in a direction of depth of the sealed portion (S). The sealed portion (S) is also formed with a bent portion (B) adjacent to the seal opening notch (N). The easily openable sealed package bag is capable of enhancing the ease with which the package bag can be opened and the ease with which a seal opening portion can be identified by sight or by touch, without producing cut chips of the package bag. An apparatus for manufacturing such easily openable sealed package bags is also provided.
