A first magnet member of the first feeding member and a second magnet member of the second feeding member are provided so that same magnetic polarity portions are opposed to each other or so that a ratio of a range in which the same magnetic polarity portions are opposed to each other is greater than a ratio of a range in which opposite magnetic polarity portions are opposed to each other.
