    摘要: There is provided a charge controller capable of charging a capacitor while suppressing the progress of deterioration of the capacitor without unnecessary charge/discharge of the capacitor.The charge controller includes a voltage sensor 133 that detects the voltage of a capacitor 101, a current sensor 135 that detects the charge/discharge current of the capacitor 101, a battery ECU 123 that estimates the SOC of the capacitor 101 based on the detected voltage, and a management ECU 117. The management ECU 117 calculates the charge/discharge amount from the start of charging of the capacitor 101 by integrating the charge/discharge currents detected by the current sensor 135 and controls the charging of the capacitor 101 based on the estimated SOC and the calculated charge/discharge amount. The management ECU 117 updates and sets the estimated SOC to an actual use upper limit SOC based on the state characteristics of the capacitor 101.

    摘要: A conveying apparatus 100 includes a main conveyor line 101 formed by a motorized roller 110 and a free roller 111 arranged at specified intervals and a diverting line 102 for diverting an article from the main conveyor line 101. The diverting line 102 has a diverting unit 103 with a pair of a diverter 160 integrated on a frame 141. A driving device 1 for operating the diverter 160 is arranged with casings 3, 5 provided at both sides of a main roller 2. The main roller 2 accommodates a motor 11 and first planetary gear mechanisms 12, 13 in a hollow cylinder 10. The casings 3, 5 each accommodate a second planetary gear mechanism 70 in a cylindrical casing 71. The first planetary gear mechanism 12, 13 each form a planetary type on the condition that an eccentric member 74 is rotatable, and form a star type on the condition that the eccentric member 74 is unrotatable, thereby switching lifting operation of the diverter 160 and transverse conveying operation of an article by means of belts 170, 170.

    摘要: An electrically-operated driver is constructed such that when a screw begins to be driven, axial movements of a bit is transmitted to a switch mounted on a reduction gear, which engages with a shaft of an electric motor, to turn on or off the switch. In the driver, a distance between the switch and a clutch bearing a thrust from the bit is made short so as to eliminate scattering in strokes required for actuating the switch, which scattering would be produced by axial accumulative errors of parts constituting an actuating mechanism for the switch. Accordingly, movements of the bit are transmitted to the switch with certainty to stably start and stop the motor of the electrically-operated driver.

    摘要: An automatic thread winding apparatus for automatically winding thread on a plurality of double-flanged bobbins of a type for use in sewing machines. The apparatus includes a bobbin supply unit for supplying bobbins in an arbitrary manner and in a row onto a thread winding unit. The bobbins in a row are successively transferred, one at a time, to the thread winding unit by a shuttling mechanism. Thread winding takes place while each one of the empty bobbins are firmly held between a tailstock and a headstock. The bobbin after having been wound with a predetermined quantity of thread is subsequently doffed onto a temporary storage mechanism wherein cutting of a portion of the thread extending between the filled bobbin and the temporary storage mechanism takes place. All of these processes are timed and sequentially performed by various cam mechanisms.
