    摘要: A magnetic recording and reproducing system including a reel base for supplying or taking up a tapelike magnetic recording medium, and a tension band for braking the reel base, which is wound around the reel base through a predetermined angle. First and second retainers are provided for holding opposite ends of the tension band, respectively. The first and second retainers are pivotally attached to a pivotal tension arm. The tension arm has a tension post so that the magnetic recording medium is brought into sliding contact with the tension post. An urging member is provided for adjusting the tension of the magnetic recording medium to a desired value. The system also includes a control member which has a contact portion capable of being brought into contact with a guide portion of the second retainer. Also, a guide member is provided for guiding the control member to first and second positions where the contact portion of the control member is brought into and out of contact with the guide portion of the second retainer, respectively.

The LED modules are provided with respective cooling units connected to the backside thereof through spreaders (11R, 11G, 11B) as thermal conductive members. Only the cooling device for the red LED module (1R) is formed by using a red Peltier device (12) as a thermoelectric element capable of controlling heating and absorbing heat. Efficient temperature control by appropriately using a Peltier device for cooling the plurality of solid light sources that emit colors of light different from each other becomes possible.

    摘要: In a color picture recording apparatus, a picture image of an original document is formed on a photosensitive and pressure-sensitive recording medium which may be either a self-coloring type or a transfer type made up of a microcapsule sheet and a developer sheet. According to one aspect of the present invention, in the recording apparatus of the type in which the transfer type recording medium is used, the copy sheets are discharged face-up so as to facilitate an operator's confirmation of the copied picture image. According to another aspect of the invention, the cut developer sheets are stacked in a sheet cassette so that the surface on which the developer material is coated is face-down so that a feeding roller for feeding out the developer sheet does not come into contact therewith. According to still another aspect of the invention, in an apparatus of the type in which a mask member is used for forming a latent image on the recording medium, the mask member and the recording medium are held in intimate contact with each other when exposure is taking place.

    摘要: An image recording apparatus using a set of mask members and having mask position adjusting device. A transparent mask member supporting plate is provided at the exposure position. Each of the mask member is delivered upon the mask member supporting plate by two pairs of rollers. In this mask delivery, a mask image surface faces upwardly. An elongated photosensitive recording medium is positioned immediately above the mask member supporting plate so as to guide the medium at the exposure position. Further, an exposure device including a light source and color filters is positioned below the mask member supporting plate. The mask member undergoes positional adjustment at the exposure position. For this, the mask member supporting plate is supported on a positioning frame which is movable in a direction perpendicular to the mask member moving direction. The position of the mask member with respect to the running direction thereof is controllable by controlling rotations of two pairs of rollers, and the mask position with respect to its tranverse direction is controllable by controlling the movement of the positioning frame.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus capable of forming an image on a photosensitive recording medium employs a plurality of mask members for exposure prepared on the basis of image data representing the image. The mask members are to be registered sequentially at an exposure position on the photosensitive recording medium. The image forming apparatus comprises a supporting unit for supporting the mask members, the supporting unit being transported from an initial position to a different position including the exposure position, and a moving unit for moving the supporting unit to position the mask member in the exposure position, while the supporting unit is being transported from the initial position to the selected position including the exposure position. An exposure unit exposes the photosensitive recording medium through the mask member positioned in the exposure position. The image forming apparatus provides a returning unit for returning the supporting unit from the exposure position to the initial position, after exposure has been completed by the exposure unit, and a discharging unit for discharging the mask member from the exposure position to a discharging position, after exposure has been completed by the exposure unit. A controlling unit controls the discharging unit and the returning unit so that the mask member is discharged from the exposure position to the discharging position before the supporting unit begins to be returned to the initial position by the returning unit.
