摘要： An anti-skid apparatus for installation in a vehicle braking system having a master cylinder, a wheel brake cylinder and a primary fluid passage connecting the cylinders includes a changeover valve disposed in the primary passage to selectively communicate the wheel brake cylinder with the master cylinder or with a reservoir, and a fluid pump for pumping a brake fluid from the reservoir and returning it to a point of the primary passage between the master cylinder and the changeover valve, via a check valve. The anti-skid apparatus further includes a cut-off valve disposed in the primary passage between the master cylinder and the point where the pumped fluid is returned, and a regulator valve disposed in a recirculation passage for recirculating the pumped fluid to the reservoir. The cut-off valve normally allows a flow of the fluid and inhibits the flow of the fluid when the hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder exceeds the pressure from the wheel brake cylinder by at least a predetermined value. The regulator regulates the pressure of the pumped fluid at a value higher than the pressure from the wheel brake cylinder by a predetermined value.

摘要： A fluid pressure controlling solenoid valve is disclosed for producing an oil pressure which drives a brake pressure controlling piston in a manner such that an brake oil pressure applied to the brakes associated with wheels in response to the depression of a brake pedal is adjusted to a low value in order to prevent a high slip ratio of wheels with respect to a road surface and to a high value when the slip ratio is reduced. A switching solenoid valve is assembled on the upper end face of an intermediate member formed of a magnetic material and having a first fluid path extending therethrough from its upper to its lower end face for selectively connecting the first fluid path with a reduced pressure input port and a high pressure input port. A switching solenoid valve which opens or closes the connection between the first fluid path and the output port is assembled on the lower end face of the intermediate member. The solenoid valve has an orifice of a reduced diameter which maintains a communication between the first fluid path and the output port.

摘要： An antiskid apparatus for an automotive vehicle including a cut-off valve having an inlet side to which a master cylinder is connected and an outlet side to which a wheel cylinder is connected for cutting off a supply of pressurized oil from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinder when an antiskid operation is performed, and a pump connected between the cut-off valve and wheel cylinder for supplying pressurized oil to the wheel cylinder when an antiskid operation is performed. The master cylinder and wheel cylinder being brought into slight communication via a microgroove in the spool of the cut-off valve when the spool is at a closed position. Pedal shock at antiskid operation is alleviated.

摘要： The present invention relates an antiskid apparatus for an automotive vehicle. The apparatus includes a cut-off valve which is connected between a master cylinder and a wheel cylinder and provides communication therebetween in response to wheel cylinder pressure and cuts off pressurized hydraulic fluid from the master cylinder when an antiskid operation is performed by the control system. A solenoid valve is positioned in a conduit which connects the wheel cylinder to the cut-off valve. The solenoid valve is also connected to a discharge side of a pump which circulates pressurized oil. When the solenoid is in a normal position, the wheel cylinder is connected to the cut-off valve in the discharge side of the pump. When changed over from the normal position, the solenoid valve disconnects the wheel cylinder from the cut-off valve and the discharge side of the pump and connects the wheel cylinder to a reservoir connected to an intake side of the pump.

The pressure increase control valve decreases an amount of pressurized oil flow from the pump to the wheel brake when wheel brake pressure decreases and increases the amount of pressurized oil flow from the pump when wheel brake pressure increases. The pressure decrease control valve increases an amount of pressurized oil flow from the wheel brake to the reservoir when wheel brake pressure decreases and decreases the amount of pressurized oil flow from the wheel brake when wheel brake pressure increases. The pressure increase and decrease control valves are formed integral.

摘要： An anti-skid apparatus for installation in a vehicle braking system having a regulator valve for producing a hydraulic power pressure in accordance with a hydraulic braking pressure from a master cylinder. A control cylinder is disposed in a hydraulic circuit connecting the master cylinder to a wheel brake cylinder, and comprises a cylinder body having a cylinder bore defined therein and a piston axially slidably disposed within the cylinder bore. This piston forms at its one end a pressure chamber communicating with the wheel brake cylinder, and is applied at its the other end with the hydraulic power pressure from the regulator. Disposed in the control cylinder is a normally open cut-off valve which normally permits the flow of the hydraulic braking pressure from the master cylinder into the pressure chamber and blocks the flow of the hydraulic braking pressure when the piston moves to an extent more than a predetermined distance from its initial position for decreasing the volume of the pressure chamber. And, a changeover valve is disposed between the regulator valve and the control cylinder, and applies the hydraulic power pressure to the piston or discharges it from the control cylinder.

摘要： An anti-skid apparatus for installation in a vehicle braking system having a master cylinder, a wheel brake cylinder and a primary fluid passage connecting these cylinders includes a changeover valve disposed in the primary fluid passage to selectively communicate the wheel brake cylinder with the master cylinder or with a reservoir, and a fluid pump for pumping a brake fluid from the reservoir and returning it to a portion of the primary fluid passage between the master cylinder and the changeover valve. The anti-skid apparatus further includes a control valve disposed in that portion of the primary fluid passage. The control valve comprises a piston slidably disposed in a housing, and a valve member slidably disposed in the piston and seatable on a valve seat with a cutout formed thereon. The control valve allows a flow of the brake fluid from the master cylinder and/or the fluid pump to the wheel brake cylinder through the changeover valve without restriction in normal braking operation. In the anti-skid operation, the control valve allows a restricted flow of the brake fluid through the cutout to reduce the increasing speed of the hydraulic pressure in the wheel brake cylinder.

摘要： An actuator for a wheel anti-lock system, which comprises a first conduit connected to a brake master cylinder and a second conduit connected to a brake wheel cylinder. To the second conduit, there is connected a reservoir for reserving a predetermined amount of working liquid. Between the first conduit and the second conduit, there is interposed a feed change-over valve for opening or closing the communication between them. Between the second conduit and the reservoir, there is interposed a release change-over valve for opening or closing the communication between them. In the first conduit, there is disposed a normally open cut valve for closing the first conduit when in a skid control. To the first conduit, there is connected a pressure transducer in parallel with the cut valve. The pressure transducer includes: a body having a smaller bore connected to the brake master cylinder and a larger bore connected to the brake wheel cylinder; a stepped piston fitted in the two bores; and a spring for biasing the stepped piston toward the smaller portion thereof. When in the skid control, the pressure transducer feeds the second conduit with a pressure liquid, a predetermined amount larger than the pressure liquid which is fed from the 2 master cylinder, to the pressure transducer.
