摘要: On a hot plate, jigs and wafers are joined by bonding wax. A first transport mechanism, a posture change mechanism, a pusher and a second transport mechanism transport the jigs joined with the wafers from the hot plate to a treating transport mechanism. The treating transport mechanism immerses the jigs joined with the wafers in a treating solution stored in a treating tank. Thus, the wafers may be thinned, or otherwise treated, without a turn table directly contacting and damaging the wafers as in the prior art.

摘要: The substrate treatment apparatus according to the present invention includes a substrate holding mechanism which holds a substrate, a nozzle body having a spout which spouts an etching liquid toward a major surface of the substrate held by the substrate holding mechanism, a nozzle body movement mechanism which moves the nozzle body in a predetermined movement direction so as to move an etching liquid application position at which the etching liquid is applied on the major surface, a first flexible sheet attached to the nozzle body to be brought into contact with a portion of the major surface located on one of opposite sides of the etching liquid application position with respect to the movement direction, and a second flexible sheet attached to the nozzle body to be brought into contact with a portion of the major surface located on the other side of the etching liquid application position with respect to the movement direction.

摘要: A printer positions the platen and print head in separate frames, and a stationary blade and movable blade in the separate frames, and aligns the two pair of elements independently from inaccuracy in alignment of the two separate frames to maintain the print quality of the printing mechanism and the cutting performance of the paper cutting mechanism. A support mechanism 50 has an installation frame 51 fixed to the cover 3, a support frame 52 for supporting a platen roller 12 and stationary blade 41, and a compression spring 53 attached to the installation frame 51 and support frame 52. The support frame 52 can move relative to the installation frame 51 pivotally around engaging pin 52c of the support frame 52, and slidably relative to the pivot of the cover 3. A positioning pin 61 and a positioning notch 62 are provided on the main frame 4 for positioning the support frame 52 to a position at which the platen roller 12 and stationary blade 41 are aligned to and positioned opposite the thermal head 11 and movable blade 32 respectively.

摘要: A multicolor serial printer has a color switching means interposed between an end of a carriage and type wheels having a group of first-color printing types and a group of second-color printing types. The color switching means has first-color and second color printing stepped surfaces selectively movable into confronting relationship with a member of the carriage. When the member of the carriage abuts on and engages in a first-color printing stepped surface or a second-color printing stepped surface during carriage shifting movement, a presser of a hammer means, mounted on the carriage and positioned within the type wheels, is brought into confronting relation to the group of first-color printing types or the group of second-color printing types for printing a desired character in the group in a first or second color.

摘要: A disc gripping device is configured for gripping a disc by inserting at least three gripping members into a center hole of a disc and expanding at least one of the gripping members in a radial direction to push an inner circumferential face of the center hole. The at least three gripping members include a first gripping member having a disc contacting face for contacting the inner circumferential face of the center hole, a length of the disc contacting face being greater than a thickness of the inner circumferential face of the center hole; a second gripping member having a disc contacting face for contacting the inner circumferential face of the center hole, a length of the disc contacting face being equal to or smaller than the thickness of the inner circumferential face of the center hole, and a third gripping member having a disc contacting face for contacting the inner circumferential face of the center hole.
