摘要： A machining oil applying apparatus that applies machining oil onto a thin metal plate that is being conveyed toward a press apparatus includes: an upper surface applying unit that is impregnated with machining oil, contacts an upper surface of the thin plate and applies the machining oil onto the upper surface; a lower surface applying unit that is impregnated with the machining oil, contacts an lower surface of the thin plate and applies the machining oil onto the lower surface; and an applying unit moving portion that causes the upper surface applying unit and the lower surface applying unit to move reciprocally in a direction perpendicular to a conveying direction of the thin plate, wherein the upper surface applying unit and the lower surface applying unit always move in respectively opposite directions perpendicular to the conveying direction.

摘要： A feeding apparatus for feeding metal strips in a feeding direction includes a plurality of reciprocating members on which feed pins inserted inside through-holes of the metal strips are provided and a driving means that converts up-down movement of a press apparatus to reciprocal movement in the feeding direction to reciprocally move the reciprocating members. In a predetermined half cycle of an up-down movement of the press apparatus, the driving means moves first reciprocating members in the feeding direction in a state where the feed pins have been inserted into the through-holes and returns other reciprocating members in the opposite direction in a state where the feed pins have been lowered, and in the remaining half cycle, the driving means raises and lowers the feed pins of the reciprocating members.

摘要： An electronic traffic tariff reception system can identify a vehicle traveling freely on a road having a plurality of lanes clearly and impose a predetermined debit value on the vehicle in the non-stop manner and in the cashless manner. Further, the system can photograph an image of an illegally passing vehicle. A vehicle identification apparatus can identify the vehicles traveling freely on the road having the plurality of lanes separately in a control point of the reception system. An in-vehicle unit equipped with a smart card is mounted in a vehicle. An antenna for debiting process capable of performing radio communication with the in-vehicle unit is provided. Also provided are an antenna controller for causing the antenna for the debiting process to receive personal information and vehicle information, a local controller for judging whether the information is normal or not or whether the vehicle is to be debited or not, and an apparatus for photographing an illegally passing vehicle. The in-vehicle unit is mounted in each of vehicles and at least one or more antennas are disposed above the road in association with each lane. When radio communication with the in-vehicle unit is made by way of the antennas, the antennas are started into a time sharing multiple accessing method.

摘要： An ID card includes an electric wave receiver for receiving an electric wave from a main station, a modulator for modulating a received signal in accordance with an ID number, and an electric wave transmitter for transmitting a modulated electric wave signal to the main station. The main station identifies the ID card on the basis of the modulated electric wave signal. The ID card further includes a surface acoustic wave exciting device for coupling the electric wave receiver and the electric wave transmitter through surface acoustic wave on a piezoelectric substrate by means of the modulator and a circuit including a terminating device and a switching element and connected in parallel with the surface acoustic wave exciting device. The switching element is controlled to be turned on and off in accordance with the ID number to control the coupling between the electric wave receiver and the electric wave transmitter.
