    摘要: A coating system including a coating robot and a movable opener robot. The coating robot has a fixed base fixedly mounted to a coating booth, and a first arm rotatably coupled to the fixed base about a first axis substantially parallel to a conveyance direction of a workpiece that includes a body and a first movable member. The body has a body inner surface and the first movable member has a first movable member inner surface. The movable opener robot has a movable base mounted such that the movable opener robot is movable in the coating booth in the conveyance direction. The movable base is mounted below the fixed base. The movable opener robot can open the first movable member of the workpiece. The coating robot can coat the body inner surface and the first movable member inner surface when the first movable member has been opened.

    摘要: An apparatus for applying adhesive to both ends of each of a pair of rails for adhesive attachment to posts for example of a door includes a support head with two channels and center fence for supporting the rails in parallel position for presenting the ends side by side vertically upwardly to an adhesive applicator head with a nozzle guided by a three axis movable support. The support head is rotatable through 180 degrees about a transverse axis so as to present the other ends and there is provided a drive system defined by set of drive rollers for driving the rails up to an end stop position at which the presented ends are at the adhesive applicator head. A laser sensor detects the end profile to ensure that the adhesive pattern matches a preselected required layout and to ensure no contact between the nozzle and the profile.

    摘要: A method of producing an extremely thick insulation coating on a surface of an electrical steel, comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a coating liquid—stirring sufficiently the coating liquid for 0.1˜4 hours, with the viscosity of the coating liquid being within 10˜80 S; 2) coating a strip steel—using a double-roller or a tri-roller coating machine, wherein the film thickness and evenness can be controlled by adjusting different parameters; 3) baking the coating—using three sections, that is, a drying section, a baking section and a cooling section, to bake the coating, wherein the temperature in the drying section is 100˜400° C., the temperature in the baking section is 200˜370° C.; the time in the whole drying and solidification section is 33˜144 seconds, wherein the time in the drying section is 9˜39 seconds, and the baking time is 24˜105 seconds; wherein in the baking process, the strip steel having been coated is conveyed in a non-contact way, in particular, the strip steel is conveyed by blowing pressure-adjustable air onto the lower surface to make it float; the air pressure is 0˜2000 Pa; the wet film is kept out of contact with the furnace rollers before it is solidified, guaranteeing that the surface of wet film is intact; 4) online detecting the film thickness.

The coating device (3) has a rotary screen (4) and a gravure roller (6) located on the opposite sides of the travel path (2) and functioning as back rollers for each other. The rotary screen (4) intermittently applies a liquid burning inhibitor onto one side of the web (W) to form a number of band layers (B) arranged at predetermined intervals in a travelling direction of the web (W), and the gravure roller (6) applies water onto the other side of the web (W) to form wet bands (A) arranged alternately with the band layers (B) in the traveling direction of the web (W).

    摘要: In a coating apparatus, which coats an object to be coated with a viscous coating material while causing a moving part to move a flat nozzle that discharges the coating material, the nozzle includes a cylinder that applies predetermined pressing force F to the nozzle towards the object to be coated. The cylinder forms a gap (G) between the object to be coated and the nozzle by moving the nozzle in a direction away from the object to be coated to a position where discharge reaction force (R) is balanced with pressing force (F). The discharge reaction force (R) is generated when the nozzle discharges the coating material to the object to be coated.

    摘要: A device for saturating material with resin and subsequently laying the saturated material onto a surface includes a frame and a vessel for retaining the resin attached to the frame. The vessel has a slot sized and configured so that material is passable through the slot after being coated with resin retained in the vessel. A first guide member is positioned adjacent the slot and a second guide member is positioned adjacent the slot and is spaced apart from the first guide member to define a passageway between the first and second guide members. The passageway is sized and configured for the material to be passable through the passageway and out of the device for laying on the surface. Embodiments of the device can be usable for methods of waterproofing and/or roofing.
