摘要: In an optical fiber connector (1), an outer member (2) holds a portion of an optical fiber (4A) remote from its connecting end which is connectable to a connecting end of a counterpart optical fiber. An aligning member (3) is held by the outer member so as to be movable along the optical fiber. The aligning member carries out positioning of the connecting end of the optical fiber. The aligning member is urged by a spring (5) in a direction to project from the outer member. When connecting the optical fiber to the counterpart optical fiber, the aligning member is moved in a direction opposite to the foregoing direction against an urging force applied by the spring so that the connecting end of the optical fiber is projected from the aligning member.

摘要: In an optical connector, an end face (12) of an optical fiber (11) is brought into contact with an end face of a mating connector in a predetermined direction (13) to achieve connection. The optical connector includes a housing (14) provided with an aligning portion (16) having a hole (15) for insertion of the optical fiber, and a holding portion (21) for holding the optical fiber. The holding portion (21) is movable in the predetermined direction. The holding portion is fixed to the housing with the optical fiber inserted into the hole in the aligning portion and serves to adjust the amount of protrusion of the optical fiber from an end face (22) of the aligning portion. The housing is provided with a guide portion (17) for guiding the optical fiber to the hole in the aligning portion.

摘要: A source base station eNB#1 forwards a header-compressed packet addressed to a radio terminal UE, to a target base station eNB#2, at a time of a handover procedure of the radio terminal from the source base station eNB#1 to the target base station eNB#2. Upon receipt of the forwarded header-compressed packet and a header-non-compressed packet addressed to the radio terminal UE from a core network EPC at the time of the handover procedure, the target base station eNB#2 generates an ROHC context corresponding to a header compression level of the header-compressed packet, by using the header-compressed packet and the header-non-compressed packet.

摘要: An automatic tuning device for use in a synthesizer of an electronic musical instrument in which an error signal is produced corresponding to an output tone signal from each of a plurality of voltage controlled oscillators and added to the input thereto for automatic tuning. The automatic tuning device has a selector circuit from tone signal inputs from the voltage controlled oscillators a tone signal of an address assigned by an address counter, a period measuring counter which is controlled to start counting when the output signal from the selector circuit has reached a predetermined level for the first time after input of a start signal, to generate a control signal when the counting has reached a preset value and to stop the counting when the output signal from the selector circuit has reached a predetermined level for the first time after the generation of the control signal, and a memory circuit for storing the count value of the period measuring counter at the time of stopping the counting at an address assigned by the address counter. The count value thus stored in the memory circuit is converted into an analog form to provide an error signal of a designated one of the voltage controlled oscillators.

摘要: An LTE base station (100) conducts radio communication with a radio terminal which can execute a handover between a plurality of radio communication systems having different attainable communication rates. The LTE base station (100) is provided with a service detection unit (121A), which detects the classification of a communication service being used by a radio terminal, and a transmission unit (111), which sends the radio terminal a command for handover to the radio base station of a radio communication system, which handles the communication rate required for the communication service detected by the service detection unit (121A).
