    摘要： An image forming device is disclosed which includes a problem detection unit for detecting problem, and problem alert unit for alerting a user to the detection of a problem. Until an initially detected problem A has been resolved, the problem alert unit will not issue a problem alert based upon a subsequently detected problem B. Consequently, when working to resolve a problem, if a subsequent problem B is detected, the detection of the problem B will be disregarded, and a problem alert will not be issued (by a buzzer or the like), and thus the user can devote themselves to resolving problem A without being disturbed by the buzzer or the like.

    摘要： The present invention provides a communication device that reduces waste in paper, toner, and the like that are used for printing error reports, by eliminating the output of an error report when a user has noticed the occurrence of a communication error. The communication device may not print out an error report when a communication error occurs due to the failure to establish a connection with a recipient. An error report will be printed only when a user has not confirmed the occurrence of a communication error within a predetermined time period from the time the communication error occurred. Thus, output of an error report can be prohibited whenever a communication error occurs, and thus waste in paper, toner, and the like which are used for printing error reports can be reduced.

    摘要： An image processor has an image scanning unit, a memory, an address specification unit, a scan control unit, and a transmission control unit. The image scanning unit is configured to scan an original image. The memory is configured to store image data scanned by the image scanning unit. The address specification unit is able to specify a plurality of addresses of different protocols as multi-address destination. The scan control unit controls the image data scanned by the image scanning unit. The transmission control unit is configured to generate an image data from an image data stored in the memory, such that the image data has an image quality that is appropriate for the protocol corresponding to each of the addresses specified by the address specification unit, and transmit the image data to each of the addresses.
