摘要： Methods, medium, and machines which compress, encode, enhance, transmit, decompress and display digital video images in real time. Real time compression is achieved by sub-sampling each frame of a video signal, matching the illumination intensity value representing each pixel with a line number, incrementing a repeat counter, and encoding a repeat data structure with the repeat counter and line number data structure with the line number forming a compressed stream of data. Real time transmission of video images is achieved due to high levels of effective compression. Real time decompression is achieve by decoding and decompressing the encoded data to display high quality images. High levels of effective compression also reduce the storage space requirement for recorded video.

An arrow shaft rotary cutting system comprises a safety box configured to mount a rotary cutting tool and a means for holding each arrow shaft at a predetermined length while being cut by the blade of the rotary cutting tool. Various embodiments of novel safety boxes and novel end pieces are provided. Some embodiments use arrow shafts as system shafts that separate the safety box and the end piece. The cutting length is set to a predetermined length. Arrow shafts are cut to the predetermined length within the safety box. Other heavier duty embodiments, which include a clear safety shield, use angle iron to hold the end piece.

摘要： A handheld, wireless digital audio and/or video device that receives compressed media, decompresses the compressed media, and plays and/or displays the decompressed media. The receiver may be part of a system of handheld, wireless devices that compress, enhance, encode, transmit, decompress and display digital video images in real time. An enhanced iPod-type device includes wireless and/or cellular communications, a high-resolution display and a high-resolution video camera. Real time wireless videoconferences connect multiple handheld video devices. Real time compression and real time transmission is achieved. Real time decompression is achieved by decoding and decompressing the encoded data to display high quality images. A zoom control can be used select a portion of interest of video being captured and/or transmitted. The receiver may also have a touch sensitive display screen providing controls for video display and mobile telephone operation. In one embodiment, a handheld, wireless digital audio device is configured to receive compressed audio data from either a wireless satellite network or a wireless Internet data network.

The instructions include documents, checklists, pictures, audio, and video. An observer, or the system, can monitor performance of the tasks, and provide corrective feedback.

An operator configures a number of concealment blinds or shelters using shafts and covers or shells. Some embodiments include user adjustable domes. A hubless, dynamic blind or shelter comprises two or more cover shafts and an adjustable strap which provides a freestanding, flexible frame. The frame is covered with a cover or skin. The cover adjusts to the dynamic changes in the frame. In one embodiment the cover is an elastic net that changes shape but maintains tight skin. In another embodiment the cover has expansion panels and lace. Embodiments include layout blinds and boat blinds which incorporate a quick release clip 1260, and which may be used to observe or hunt waterfowl. The system includes a low cost method of tightening the skin on a cover to reduce wind movement and noise.
