Abstract:
A stacked temporary lodging, including a lower insulated cabin, having side walls and a top cover, and an upper tent, having a base surface disposed adjacent and above the top cover of the lower insulated cabin, and a top surface. A plurality of tensioned straps are attached to the lower insulated cabin and extend over the top surface of the upper tent. A plurality of fasteners attach an upper edge of the lower insulated cabin to the base surface of the upper tent.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a double-roof foldable tent. The double-roof foldable tent includes a tent roof connection block, where a plurality of double-roof assemblies are arranged at a bottom of the tent roof connection block, the double-roof assemblies include connection rods, the connection rods are arranged at the bottom of the tent roof connection block, one sides of the connection rods are fixedly connected to fastener posts, the one sides of the connection rods are provided with double-roof rods, and one sides of the double-roof rods are provided with double-roof linkage rods. When the tent is unfolded, a ventilation gap is formed so that more wind passes through the gap, and a ventilation effect is better. Since wind passes through the gap, wind resistance is smaller, the use stability is improved, and air inside the tent can flow sufficiently. The tent can be folded as a whole and is convenient to store.

Abstract:
An air purifying bed tent is disclosed, having a tent made from a semipermeable material suspended over a raised platform, thereby creating an enclosure for a user to be inside. An air purifying device is connected to the top of the tent, letting purified air into the enclosure and creating a local clean air zone for users. The positive pressure difference building up in the enclosure from the constantly added clean air forces clean air out through a plurality of openings, primarily through creases in the semipermeable material around the raised platform. Should the skirting be completely sealed, the semipermeable material will let out the pure air to a higher degree, ensuring a stable and easy touse operation.
Abstract:
A shade cover or “solar fly” is provided for reducing the thermal radiation effects of the sun on an associated shelter. By blocking the sun's rays to a significant degree, the outer surface temperature of an associated shelter is reduced, which results in less heat transfer into the interior space thereof. The shade cover and associated shelter may be cooperatively configured to employ natural convection to aid in reducing heat transfer into the interior space of the associated shelter. Natural convection known as the chimney effect may be used to reduce heat transfer into the interior space of the associated shelter. Such reduction of heat transfer into the interior space reduces the air conditioning load needed to maintain the interior space of the associated shelter at ambient temperatures of, for example, 76-84 degrees Fahrenheit among others.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a ram assembly for use on the top of a tent where tops of supporting rods of the tent are connected to a top connecting seat. The ram assembly includes at least one ram connected to the top connecting seat and located between two adjacent supporting rods. The ram assembly supports an eave tarpaulin and allows the eave tarpaulin to unfold. The eave tarpaulin is located on the top of the tent and between at least the two adjacent supporting rods. An outer edge of the cave tarpaulin sleeves on the ram. The ram assembly is an elastic telescopic rod.
Abstract:
A structure includes a collapsible frame, a skin configured to be supported by the collapsible frame, a divider arranged to divide an interior of the structure into at least two compartments, and a mattress attachment structure secured to at least one of the collapsible frame and the skin.
Abstract:
An extendable compartment assembly having a first compartment and a second compartment each having opposing sidewalls and a ceiling, a first frame coupled to the first compartment, a second frame coupled to the second compartment, and a slide assembly coupling the first frame to the second frame such that the second compartment is slideable relative to the first compartment between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the second compartment is at least partially disposed within the first compartment and in the second position the second compartment is at least partially disposed outside the first compartment. A hitch assembly comprising a base arm having first and second ends, a first mating arm coupled with the first end, a second mating arm coupled with the second end, and a bias member coupling the first mating arm to the second mating arm.
Abstract:
A retractable eave structure of a foldable tent includes a pole assembly having a first end and an opposing second end. The pole assembly first end is pivotally coupled to a hub for pivotal movement between an open state and a folded state of the foldable tent. The pole assembly is retractable such that a length between the first and second ends is adjustable between the open and folded states of the foldable tent. An eave portion of the foldable tent is constructed of tent fabric and fixedly attached to and extends from a main portion of the foldable tent. The eave portion includes an outer perimeter having a housing portion. The outer end of the pole assembly is fixed within the housing portion such that in the open state the pole assembly is extended and the eave portion is substantially taut.
Abstract:
Shelter structures having an upper shelter portion supported (internally or externally) at an apex and one or more peripheral support elements supported by an external suspension web provided externally of a base region of the upper shelter portion are provided. The upper shelter portion provides a roof-like structure, while a lower enclosure portion may be connected, directly or indirectly, to the upper shelter portion and may provide wall-like structures that may include doors, vents, windows, and the like, or that may comprise an open network of lines, straps, wires, or bands. In tent embodiments, the upper shelter portion and the lower enclosure portion may be provided as fabric structures that, when erected, form tensioned fabric structures. Support systems, kits for assembling structures, reinforcement features and methods for assembling structures are also disclosed.
