    摘要: Disclosed in the present invention is a process for preparing a (meth)acrylic acid-based polymer having a stable quality and suitable as a dispersant for cement. That is, the present invention provides a process for preparing a (meth)acrylic acid-based polymer, comprising the steps of the stage 1 of introducing (meth)acrylic acid and a polyalkylene glycol monoalkyl ether at a molar ratio in the range of 3:l to 50:1, subjecting them to an esterification reaction in the presence of an acid catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor and deactivating the acid catalyst with an alkaline agent in order to obtain an esterification product containing a (meth)acrylate and (meth)acrylic acid residues and the stage 2 of copolymerizing the (meth)acrylate and the (meth)acrylic acid residues at a pH value in the range of 1.5 to 3.5.

    摘要: A process for preparing a phosphoric ester having reduced odor, comprising contacting a phosphoric ester with at least one of an inert gas and steam at 100° to 160° C. in a packed tower; a process for preparing a phosphoric ester having reduced odor, comprising repeating a set of processes comprising (A) heating a phosphoric ester, and contacting the heated phosphoric ester with at least one of an inert gas and steam; and (B) cooling the phosphoric ester obtained in the step (A); a process for preparing a phosphoric ester having reduced odor, comprising adding water to a phosphoric ester, and distilling water from the phosphoric ester under reduced pressure; and a process for preparing a phosphoric ester having reduced odor, comprising reacting an organic hydroxy compound with a phosphorylation agent, while introducing an inert gas into the mixture of the organic hydroxy compound and the phosphorylation agent. The phosphoric ester is useful for, for instance, a shampoo, a cleaning agent, a facial cleansing agent, an emulsifier, and the like.

    摘要: An organic hydroxyl compound is reacted with polyphosphoric acid under such conditions that the ratio, as defined by formula (1), has a value exceeding 3.2; and phosphorus pentaoxide is added to the reaction product thus obtained in such an amount that the ratio, as defined by formula (1), has a value in the range of from 2.8 to 3.2: ##EQU1## If necessary, the obtained reaction product is deodorized by the removal of the organic hydroxyl compound unreacted therefrom. The process does not give any product of high-viscous gel and therefore enables the industrially easy manufacture of a phosphoric monoester having an extremely high purity, a lowered orthophosphoric acid content, and a good odor.
