摘要: The provider network that interconnects user networks includes a plurality of edge routers. At least one of the plurality of edge routers includes an obtaining unit for obtaining information of a packet transferred by the edge router itself, a creating unit for creating a flow list in which flow information of packets transferred from the user network side to the provider network side is registered based on the packet information, a monitoring unit for monitoring a traffic state of a flow of each packet registered in the flow list based on information of packets transferred from the provider network to the user network, and a notifying unit for notifying the traffic state of the flow registered in the flow list to a maintenance engineer.

摘要: A wearable poncho for allowing a user exposed to an extreme temperature, whether extreme heat or extreme cold, to selectably cover their body or a body part so as to allow the user to obtain protection from said extreme temperature. The wearable poncho comprises a modified poncho base having a watertight outer nylon layer, an insulation layer disposed inside said nylon layer, and a gel layer disposed inside said insulation layer, wherein the poncho base includes a receiving opening adapted to receive a head, a head covering hood disposed near said receiving opening, and an elongated sealable closure. This structure allows the wearable poncho to provide portable protection from not just precipitation and cold, but from extreme cold and extreme heat, without having to be preheated or pre-cooled by some external means.

摘要: A transfer system for bundle transfer, in which the amount of route information and the number of times advertisement is performed are reduced, and maintenance and management are made to be highly efficient to implement improved transfer quality. A path setting section specifies a path between nodes for a receiving side as a bundled link which can have a plurality of paths tied up. A transmission-side route-information advertisement section advertises route information in a network when recognizing that the path has been established. A path recognition section recognizes the path and sets the path as a bundled link. A receiving-side route-information advertisement section advertises the route information in the network when recognizing that the path has been established.
