Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to intelligent garments that provide thermal regulation in a variety of environments. The garments may include different layers such as a hydrophilic layer in direct contact with a wearer's skin surface and saturated with an aqueous mixture, a spacer layer, a reflective layer, and an outer hydrophobic layer. The layers of the garment may work together to reduce the metabolic expenditure of the wearer in extreme environmental conditions or during demanding physical activity. A variety of sensors may be displaced throughout the garments so as to enable the collection of data associated with wearers as well as environmental conditions. Wearers may control the thermal balance and other properties of the garments as desired.

Abstract: A swaddling towel has a major dimension and a minor dimension and fasteners are provided on the towel for securing the towel around a neck of a caregiver so that the towel may depend from the neck of the caregiver. First and second cooperating fasteners are spaced apart along the minor dimension and third and fourth cooperating fasteners are spaced apart along the major dimension. Securing the towel using the first and second cooperating fasteners, spaced along the minor dimension, results in the towel depending from the neck of the caregiver in the direction of the major dimension, facilitating wrapping of a new-born/baby. Securing the towel using the third and fourth cooperating fasteners, spaced along the major dimension, results in the towel depending from the neck of the caregiver in the direction of the minor dimension, facilitating wrapping of an infant/toddler.

Abstract: A travel accessory designed to provide comfort to the user during a trip contains a neck-rest, a travel cape, and an attachment mechanism. The neck-rest is removably attached to the travel cape so that the user can utilize the neck-rest and the travel cape independently. The neck-rest has a stuffing which is concealed within a hollow body of the neck-rest. The stuffing is secured in position with a fastening mechanism such as a zipper. Additionally, the neck-rest also contains a first pocket and a second pocket which are used for storing items used during travelling. For user convenience, the travel cape is designed with a first-arm receiving hole and a second-arm receiving hole. In order to transport the neck-rest and the travel cape a carrying bag is also provided. A plurality of storage pockets on the carrying bag allow the user to store items that are essential when travelling.

Abstract: The invention comprises devices and methods for carrying quantities of materials preferably fluids. The device of the invention is preferably a wearable garment such as, preferably a vest or poncho, with one or more bladders or compartments adapted to hold a fluid. Abstract: A customizable garment adapted to cover the upper body of the wearer. The customizable garment includes a sheet of fabric having an opening thereon through which a user may insert his or her head. The sheet of fabric preferably includes a diamond shape, but the sheet may include various other configurations. The sheet includes a front panel to be worn over the chest of the user, and a rear panel to be worn on the user's back. In this way, the garment can be easily adorned and removed, and does not require a user to insert his or her arms through openings or sleeves on the garment. A turtleneck or hood portion can be removably secured to the opening on the garment. Fringes may be removably secured to the perimeter of the front or rear panel in order to customize the appearance of the garment as desired by the user.

Abstract: A wearable poncho for allowing a user exposed to an extreme temperature, whether extreme heat or extreme cold, to selectably cover their body or a body part so as to allow the user to obtain protection from said extreme temperature. The wearable poncho comprises a modified poncho base having a watertight outer nylon layer, an insulation layer disposed inside said nylon layer, and a gel layer disposed inside said insulation layer, wherein the poncho base includes a receiving opening adapted to receive a head, a head covering hood disposed near said receiving opening, and an elongated sealable closure. This structure allows the wearable poncho to provide portable protection from not just precipitation and cold, but from extreme cold and extreme heat, without having to be preheated or pre-cooled by some external means.

Abstract: Camouflage apparel for a hunter or solder or the like comprising a cape or sheet composed of camouflage material. The cape may be separate or attached to a pouch or hood of camouflage material.
