摘要: Provided is a high Cr Ni-based alloy welding wire with which tensile strength and weld cracking resistance of a welded portion, the integrity of the microstructure of a welded metal, and inhibition of scale generation are improved. The high Cr Ni-based alloy welding wire is configured to have an alloy composition comprising, by mass, C: 0.04% or less, Mn: 7% or less, Fe: 1 to 12%, Si: 0.75% or less, Al: 0.01 to 0.7%, Ti: 0.01 to 0.7%, Cr: 25.0 to 31.5%, Ta: 1 to 10%, and Mo: 1 to 6%, and as inevitable impurities, Ca+Mg: less than 0.002%, N: 0.1% or less, P: 0.02% or less, O: 0.01% or less, S: 0.0015% or less, H: 0.0015% or less, Cu: 0.08% or less, and Co: 0.05% or less, and the balance: Ni. Then, the high CrNi-based alloy welding wire is configured such that the contents of S, Ta, Al, and Ti satisfy the following relation (1) and the contents of Ta, Mo, and N satisfy the following relation (2): 12000S+0.58Ta−2.6Al−2Ti£19.3 (1) Ta+1.6Mo+187N35.7 (2).

摘要: An illumination optical system which irradiates a sample surface with light through an illuminating lens includes: a light source; a condensing optical system receiving the light emitted from the light source; and a lens array optical system including a first lens array surface and a second lens array surface each formed by a plurality of lens elements. The first lens array surface has a conjugate relation with a back focal position of the illuminating lens. The second lens array surface is placed at a back focal position of the lens array optical system, has a conjugate relation with a pupil position of the illuminating lens, and the light source and the condensing optical system are arranged to form an image of the light source on the first lens array surface.

摘要: In a starter motor equipped with a shock absorbing device, a disk spring is placed between a bottom part of a cylindrical casing and one side of a disk stack structure composed of rotatable disks and fixed disks which are alternately stacked. Caulking parts formed at an opening end of the cylindrical casing are bent toward the inner diameter side of the cylindrical casing in order to push the disk spring toward the bottom part side of the cylindrical casing through the disk stack structure. The disk spring accumulates reaction force (or elastic force) by the caulking. The reaction force accumulated in the disk spring pushes the disk stack structure to the axial direction of the cylindrical casing. The structure of the shock absorbing device can supply a uniform load to the disk spring, and provides a stable shock absorbing capability.

摘要: An afocal zoom lens for microscopes includes five lens units having, in order from the object side, positive, negative, negative, positive, and negative refracting powers. When the magnification of the afocal zoom lens is changed in the range from a low-magnification position to a high-magnification position, a first lens unit and a fifth lens unit are fixed, a second lens unit is moved toward the image side, and a fourth lens unit is moved toward the object side. When the focal length of the second lens unit is represented by F2 and the focal length of a third lens unit is represented by F3, the afocal zoom lens satisfies the following condition: 0≦F2/F3≦2.5 The third lens unit is constructed with at least one negative lens with a concave surface facing the object side.
