摘要： An image processing apparatus has first and second processors for performing first and second processings for image data received by a communication device. A data processing apparatus instructs for the image processing apparatus to execute the first and second processings for image data. When the image data and the instruction therefor are received, the image processing apparatus performs the first and second processings, and sends the image data processed by the second processor to the data processing apparatus, which replaces the received file with the transmitted file.

摘要： The present invention provides an image forming apparatus, an image management method and an image management program in which a security of image data to which anti-counterfeit information and the like is added can be ensured. The image forming apparatus connected to the network has an image data forming unit which forms the image data, and a control unit which prohibits transference of anti-counterfeit added image data in which the anti-counterfeit information is added to the image data between devices connected to the network. Thus, since the transference of the anti-counterfeit added image data is prohibited in general, security of the anti-counterfeit added image data can be improved.

摘要： The present invention provides an image forming apparatus, an image management method and an image management program in which a security of image data to which anti-counterfeit information and the like is added can be ensured. 摘要： A multifunction peripheral (MFP) includes an accepting portion to accept a picked up image and a speech, a speech recognition portion to recognize the accepted speech, a display screen generating portion to generate a display screen in accordance with an output setting, and a transmission control portion to transmit the generated display screen. The display screen is generated in response to a recognized keyword included in a predetermined output setting. The display screen includes at least one of the picked up image and an image of object data stored in association with the keyword in advance and independently from the picked up image. The display screen is automatically switched including the image of object data stored in association with the recognized keyword in accordance with the output setting when a keyword is recognized by the speech recognition portion.

摘要： An image processing apparatus comprises a first storage area that stores in itself original data to be copied; a copier that copies the original data to a second storage area that is shared and allowed to be accessed by a plurality of users belonging to one same group, by storing reference information pointing to the original data stored in the first storage area, in the second storage area; a judger that judges whether or not all of access judgment target users who are the group users sharing the second storage area or preliminarily specified users, make access to the reference information stored by the copier in the second storage area; and a controller that suspends execution of an instruction given to change the original data for the access judgment target users so that the original data could be provided to all of them, if the judger judges that only some of the access judgment target users has made access to the reference information when the instruction to change the original data is given, and then, cancels the suspension after the original data is provided to all of the access judgment target users.

摘要： An image forming system includes: an image forming apparatus; and a linking apparatus that is linked with the image forming apparatus. The linking apparatus is operable in any of a plurality of modes including a first mode of contacting the image forming apparatus and executing a specific operation and a second mode of not contacting the image forming apparatus for a purpose of executing the specific operation. The image forming apparatus includes a mode shift command unit that, when the image forming apparatus shifts to a power saving mode, notifies the linking apparatus of a shift command indicating that the linking apparatus should be shifted to the second mode. Moreover, the linking apparatus includes: an operation mode control unit that shifts the linking apparatus to the second mode based on the shift command; and an access control unit that, after the shift to the second mode, prohibits the contact with the image forming apparatus, which is performed for the purpose of executing the specific operation.
