摘要: A radiation detector of this invention has a barrier layer on the upper surface of a high resistance film along the outer edge of a common electrode, which enables prevention of a chemical reaction between an amorphous semiconductor layer and a curable synthetic resin. The barrier layer is adhesive to the curable synthetic resin film, and this can prevent strength being insufficient, such that temperature changes cause separation in interfaces between the barrier layer and curable synthetic resin film, thereby reducing the effect of inhibiting warpage and cracking. The material for the barrier layer is an insulating material not including a substance that would chemically react with the amorphous semiconductor layer. This can prevent components of the material for the barrier layer from chemically reacting with the semiconductor layer. Consequently, creeping discharge at the outer edge of the common electrode where electric fields concentrate can be prevented.

摘要: A current is detected through a resistor which is electrically connected in series with an FET for driving an associated one of display elements; the resultant signal is inputted to an operational amplification circuit through a capacitor to be amplified therein; and an output signal from the operational amplification circuit is converted into digital data in an A/D conversion circuit to be applied to a drive control circuit. In the drive control circuit, the amount of electric charges which have been caused to flow through the associated one of the display elements is arithmetically determined, and a period of time when the FET is kept turned ON is controlled in dependence on the amount of electric charges thus arithmetically determined.

摘要: An injection-molding device including an injection machine, a mold unit connected to the injection machine having separable molds defining a cavity for forming a molded product, and chucks next to the mold unit for removing a molded product from the mold. The molded product is initially coolied in the mold cavity then again cooled after removal from the mold unit. Plural chucks are advanced into and retreated from a region defined by the open molds, the chucks being a pair of blocks grasping the surface of the molded product, each block having a circulating path through which a heating medium is passed to cool the grasping surface. The injection-molding apparatus produces articles having high dimensional accuracy, for example, electronic parts such as a magnet roll or the like.

摘要: The DRAW type optical recording medium which can record optical information by forming information pits in the recording layer by irradiation of an energy beam such as laser beam, and yet can reproduce the information immediately after writing without requiring any step of developing processing after writing of information. The optical recording medium includes a recording layer (3) for forming information pits through the occurrence of physical deformation by irradiation of an energy beam and a sensitizing layer (4) for augmenting the physical deformation in the recording layer (3) laminated on a support (2). By the presence of the sensitizing layer, recording sensitivity is improved and also stability of the medium with lapse of time becomes excellent. Further, due to the presence of the sensitizing layer, the optical recording medium can be a sealed structure and therefore the optical recording medium is lightweight and flexible, and can be made in various forms such as card, sheet, a flexible sheet, and the like.
