摘要： The character display apparatus according to the present invention has a constitution including (1) character display means having at least a character segment in the shape of a character, and a background segment provided around the character segment and constituting a background of an outline character; and (2) display control means for performing on-off control of the character segment and the background segment, which constitute the character display means.
