    摘要： A bush cutting machine including has an operation rod, a cutter blade mounted to the front end of the operation rod for undergoing rotation, and a prime mover mounted to the rear end of the operation rod for rotationally driving the cutter blade. A throttle lever is pivotally mounted with respect to the operation rod for controlling an opening degree of a throttle valve of the prime mover to adjust a rotational speed of the cutter blade. A brake unit stops rotation of the cutter blade. A link mechanism is disposed in close proximity to the prime mover and is actuated by operation of the throttle lever to adjust the degree of opening of the throttle valve of the prime mover and to release the brake unit from a braking condition.

    摘要： A bush cutting machine has a relay member mounted to undergo movement by actuation of a throttle lever to adjust the opening degree of a throttle valve and to release a brake unit from a braking condition. A first wire has first and second ends each connected to a respective one of the throttle lever and a first portion of the relay member so that pivotal movement of the throttle lever pulls the second end of the first wire in a pulling direction from a standby condition to an operative condition. A first end of each of second and third wires is connected to a respective one of the throttle valve and the brake unit.

    摘要： An operational lever for a bush cutter includes a handle housed in a handle case, a throttle lever pivotally mounted to the handle, and a lock lever pivotally mounted to the handle. The operational lever further includes a torsional coil spring which exerts a resilient force on the lock lever. The lock lever is pivoted from an initial position to a pivoted position by an operator's palm. The throttle lever is then pivoted to a half-pivoted position by operator's fingers. When the palm is moved a small distance away from the handle case with the throttle lever held in the half-pivoted position, the lock lever is pivoted back towards the initial position by a resilient force of the spring. This causes a curved surface of a side protrusion portion of the lock lever to engage or abut on a side of a protrusion portion of the throttle lever. This arrangement is advantageous in that even when the operator takes her or his fingers off the throttle lever, the throttle lever is locked by a friction force produced between the curved surface and the side.

    摘要： A tensioner has a cylindrical member having multiple locking teeth, one or multiple locking pieces having locking teeth to be engaged with the locking teeth, and a locking piece receiving part to receive the aforementioned locking pieces. A shaft member is disposed inside the cylindrical member, and either the cylindrical member or the shaft member constitutes a thrust member that can be driven forward and backward by a biasing force. A ratchet mechanism allows the thrust member to move forward by the locking pieces riding over the locking teeth of the cylindrical member as they move in a reduced-diameter direction and constrains retraction of the thrust member by the locking pieces engaging with the locking teeth of the cylindrical member as they move in an increased-diameter direction. The locking teeth are all thread-like teeth having a lead angle.

    摘要： A fuel supplying apparatus is disclosed that suppresses intrusion of oil mist into a negative pressure introducing inlet of an automatic cock and that, thereby, improves the degree of freedom of disposition. The negative pressure introducing inlet of the automatic cock is connected to a crankcase through a negative pressure communication path. The automatic cock is opened by a negative pressure generated in the crankcase and, thereby, a fuel supply path is opened that is for supplying fuel from a fuel tank to an internal combustion engine. The negative pressure communication path communicates with the air cleaner through a purge path that branches from the negative pressure communication path at a halfway point of the negative pressure communication path. The point at which the purge path branches from the negative pressure communication path is set to be at the lowest position of the negative pressure communication path to be able to collect the oil mist intruding from the crankcase.
