摘要： The instant invention is drawn to a sperm surface protein in substantially pure form selected from a human PH30 beta chain protein and a mouse PH30 beta chain proteins. Such proteins are useful as contraceptive vaccines in humans and mice respectively, and for identifying small molecules that will disrupt sperm-egg interaction and fertilization.
