摘要： A composition and method of increasing the bioavailability of curcumin is provided. A synergistic combination of excipient polymers provides increased bioavailability thereby increasing the plasma concentration of curcumin and its metabolite curcumin O-glucuronide. The curcumin pharmaceutical compositions are suitable for modifying DNA methylation and treating diseases such as cancer.
