    摘要： The transmission power of a retransmission packet is controlled in the event of a packet retransmission request being sent from a receiving side in a wireless mobile communication system supporting hybrid automatic retransmission request (HARQ) transmission. In a method of controlling transmission power of retransmission packets by a mobile terminal in a wireless mobile communication system supporting hybrid automatic retransmission request (HARQ) transmission, the method includes steps of receiving, from a base station, gain information associated with the sequence of the retransmission packets; determining, using the gain information, transmission power of one of the retransmission packets; and transmitting the retransmission packet with the determined transmission power.

    摘要： A method determines the data rate of traffic data to be transmitted from a mobile station to a base station in a mobile communication system, by considering a delay time required for the generation and transfer of data rate control information. The method includes steps of transmitting control information to the base station, the control information corresponding to the traffic data of an ith frame, the ith frame having a predetermined data rate; receiving, in response to the transmitted control information, data rate control information from the base station, the data rate control information including an instruction; and determining a maximum data rate of the traffic data to be transmitted during a next frame, by applying the instruction of the data rate control information to the predetermined data rate of the ith frame.

    摘要： A method for determining a data rate for transmitting traffic data from a mobile station to a base station in a mobile communication system includes steps of receiving data rate control information from at least one base station; obtaining, based on the received data rate control information, a maximum transmittable data rate; obtaining a plurality of data rates for transmitting traffic data to the at least one base station, the plurality of data rates being obtained by considering a status factor of the mobile station; and determining the data rate of the traffic data to the at least one base station by selecting one of the obtained maximum transmittable data rate and plurality of data rates. The method determines the reverse data rate based on data rate control information and according to its own status, to provide system stability and minimize interference with other mobile stations while increasing the throughput for the sector and maintaining a desired QoS level even when the mobile station transmits at less power while.

The method includes steps of calculating a priority for each of the plurality of mobile stations; calculating a system load of the sector; and setting, according to the respectively calculated priorities, data rate control information to be transmitted to each mobile station, whereby the system load falls between predetermined threshold values.
