    摘要: In a seat reclining device, reclining mechanisms that are respectively provided on right and left sides of a seat are constructed such that locking and unlocking motion thereof can be performed in synchronism with each other via a connection member. A connection structure of the connection member and a operation shaft is constructed as a transmission preventing mechanism for preventing transmission of the unlocking motion between the reclining mechanisms when a load is laterally disproportionately applied to the seat back in which the reclining mechanisms are in a locking condition such that a relatively different rotational displacement that permits to release the locking condition is generated between the reclining mechanisms that are arranged in rotationally synchronism with each other.

According to a passenger compartment material structure (10), on a ceiling material (12), there is disposed a water guide portion (34) that guides water (W) flowing on a surface (32A) of an air barrier film (32) on a passenger compartment outer side toward a pillar garnish (14) to the pillar garnish (14). Consequently, even in a case where the water (W) has flowed on the surface 32A of the air barrier film 32 on the passenger compartment outer side toward the pillar garnish 14, this water guide portion (34) guides the water (W) to the pillar garnish 14, so the water (W) can be inhibited from reaching an end (28A) of an upholstery material (28) on the pillar garnish (14) side. Because of this, the water (W) can be inhibited from seeping out to a passenger compartment inner side of the upholstery material (28), so the attractiveness of the ceiling material (12) can be inhibited from deteriorating.

    摘要: An apparatus for opening and closing a door of a container apparatus of a vehicle can include a single knob, a shaft, a fixed member, a shaft biasing spring, an arm, and a cam. The shaft is movable in an axial direction of the shaft and rotatable about an axis of the shaft. The shaft has a radially extending portion. The shaft has first, second, and third rotational positions. The third rotational position is offset by 180 degrees from the first rotational position. The arm has an opening side arm corresponding to the first rotational position and a closing side arm corresponding to the third rotational position. A cam driving protrusion for rotating the cam is provided to at least one of the opening side arm and the closing side arm. A support member may be coupled to the arm. The support member includes an opening side support member and a closing side support member. Each of the opening side support member and the closing side support member has a recess formed therein for preventing the radially extending portion from interfering with the opening side support member or the closing side support member when the shaft rotates from the second rotational position to the third rotational position.

The impact energy absorbing member includes a plurality of ribs whose respective surface directions are provided substantially along an impact load direction. Ends of the plurality of ribs are fixed to predetermined positions within the vehicle door. Reduced cross-sectional area portions are provided at fixed end sides of the plurality of ribs. The reduced cross-sectional area portions are provided such that cross-sectional areas of the plurality of ribs along a direction orthogonal to the impact load direction become smaller toward the fixed end sides of the plurality of ribs from lengthwise intermediate portions of the plurality of ribs whose lengths run along the impact load direction.
