    摘要: The object is to rapidly clean-up an off-gas generated by blasting in a pressure vessel to such a level as to permit the exhaust of the off-gas. An object to be blasted is blasted in a pressure vessel to generate an off-gas, which is introduced into a combustion furnace to burning a combustible component contained in the off-gas. The off-gas after the burning in a reservoir section is stored in the reservoir section, and exhausted out of the reservoir section if a component contained in the off-gas complies a predetermined emission requirement, otherwise returned to at least one of the pressure vessel and the combustion furnace to be re-treated if the component does not comply the emission requirement.

In the decompression operation, the inside of the chamber is decompressed while a gas vent portion regulates the escape of the blasting explosive to the outside of the container and permits the escape of gases in the container to the outside.

    摘要: The present invention aims at estimating a residual life of a blasting vessel. For the estimation, a strain gauge 30 is attached to a blasting vessel 10. The strain gauge 30 measures high-frequency repetitive strain caused in the blasting chamber 10 in each explosion. Strain waveform data obtained with the strain gauge 30 is analyzed to calculate the cumulative degree of fatigue damage due to a high-frequency repetitive load applied to the blasting vessel 10 in each explosion. A residual life of the blasting vessel 10 is estimated on the basis of a cumulative value of the cumulative degrees of fatigue damage.

The outer vessel (32) has a first sucking part (17) and a second sucking part (18) for interconnecting the interior and the exterior of the outer vessel (31) at an end thereof opposite to a pressure-resistant lid (11) and in an upper wall. The inner vessel (32) has an interconnect hole (16) for interconnecting the interior and the exterior of the inner vessel (32) at a location thereof corresponding to the first sucking part (17). The first sucking part (17) and the second sucking part (18) are located at positions where gas in the inner vessel (32) can be sucked by the suction device and the gas released from the inner vessel (32) through an inner opening (32a) can be sucked from a gap between the upper wall of the outer vessel (31) and the inner vessel (32).
