Abstract:
The invention relates to an actuating mechanism for a swivel-mounted actuating arm, especially for driving a lid of an item of furniture. Said mechanism comprises a spring device including a biased actuating element and a translatory mechanism which translates the movement of the actuating element into a swiveling movement of the actuating arm. Said translatory mechanism comprises at least one adjusting device for varying the translation ratio between the movement of the actuating element and the swiveling movement of the actuating arm.
Abstract:
Hinge with a hinge cup, which can be inserted into a boring in a furniture part, with a damper housing fixed onto the hinge cup, wherein the damper housing can be fastened onto or removably secured to the hinge cup wherein the damper housing is disposed at least partially outside the boring when the hinge cup is inserted into the boring in the furniture part.
Abstract:
The front panel of a drawer is attached to a side wall of the drawer by a device including a support part secured to the side wall and a holding part secured to the front panel, the support part and holding part being coupled together. A rocker element has a shank that mounts the rocker element to the support part. A spring acts on a stop on the shank to bias the rocker element in a direction to be toward a rear of the drawer side wall. The rocker element thus is moved to a coupling position coupling the holding part to the support part. The support part is capable of limited movement toward the rear of the side wall relative to the holding part against a biasing force of the spring.
Abstract:
A furniture fitting for connecting parts of an article of furniture includes a dowel to be inserted into a hole in one furniture part and an expansion member movable relative to the dowel between a relaxed position, enabling the dowel to be inserted into the hole, and an expanded position, enabling the dowel to be locked in the hole. A holding member is mounted with respect to the expansion member for rotatable movement relative to the dowel to actuate the expansion member to move to or from the expanded position thereof upon such rotatable movement relative to the dowel. The holding member is to be connected to another furniture part.
Abstract:
A pull-out guide fitting for a drawer, having two drawer frames (2) to which a respective pull-out rail (6) of the two pull-out rails (6) and a drawer guide fitting comprising two carcass-side support rails (5) is detachably secured. Each pull-out rail (6) has in the region of its rear end a hook by means of which it can be suspended in the drawer. There are provided, projecting transversely with respect to the pull-out direction of the pull-out rails (6), latching parts (9) which fix the pull-out rail (6) to the drawer frame (2) in the direction of displacement of the drawer guide fitting. There is assembled on the pull-out rails (6) a cam body (1) which is rotatable about a horizontal axis and on which the drawer bears. The cam body (1) is mounted in a cutout (4) in the upper horizontal web (6') and the drawer base (3) bears on the cam body (1).
Abstract:
A hinge includes a hinge arm adapted to be snapped onto a mounting plate. The front of the hinge arm is directly or by an intermediate member indirectly engageable into the mounting plate, and the rear of the hinge arm has a tilting lever at which a hook member is formed by which the tilting lever is lockable to the mounting plate. When a door is mounted to the body of an article of furniture, the hinge arm can be engaged into the mounting plate and then fastened thereto simply by applying pressure. Canting of the hinge arm at the mounting plate is prevented.
Abstract:
A drawer includes a bottom plate engaged with two metal drawer side walls each having a Z-shaped profile including upper and lower horizontal flanges. The bottom plate is positioned on the lower horizontal flanges of the drawer side walls. On each side of the drawer, a sealing member of plastics material is arranged between the bottom plate and the respective drawer side wall. Each sealing member has a covering lip for covering the gap between the bottom plate and the drawer side wall.
Abstract:
A hinge for a door of an article of furniture includes a hinge arm connected with a hinge casing by two hinge links. A closing mechanism includes a leg spring and a pressure member which is pivotally mounted at the hinge arm on an axle of the outer of the two hinge links and presses on a cam member which is mounted on the inner of the two hinge links. The leg spring has legs opposed to the pressure member.
Abstract:
A hinge for mounting a door swingably on the frame of a piece of furniture includes one mounting member mountable on the door and a second mounting member mountable on the frame. The two members are connected by a hinge pin or by hinge pins and hinge links. Between the member mounted on the frame and the frame itself there is a wedge type intermediate member for adjusting the distance between this mounting member and the face of the frame.
Abstract:
On each side of a drawer is a pull-out rail secured to the drawer and a support rail secured to a furniture body. Load-transmitting rollers are mounted between the rails. Provided on one side of the drawer is a closing device including a guide housing mounted on the body and having a guide groove to guide a plate-shaped tilt segment which is acted upon by a spring. The tilt segment is displaceable along the guide grooves by guide pegs extending into the guide groove. An entrainer peg on the drawer couples to the tilt segment. The guide groove is arranged in the guide housing on a side thereof facing the support rail. The tilt segment projects laterally from the guide housing and has two laterally projecting stabilizing pegs which, in end positions of the tilt segment, fit on and abut support surfaces of the guide housing on a side thereof remote from the guide groove.
