    摘要: A yarn texturing nozzle is disclosed which comprises a yarn feeding inlet portion wherein a yarn is subjected to a heated and pressurized treatment fluid to heat the yarn and also advance the yarn therethrough. The nozzle also includes a stuffer box located downstream of the inlet portion. The inlet portion comprises a rectangular block which is divided into two parts along a plane extending coaxially through the yarn passageway to facilitate yarn threadup, and the stuffer box includes a slot through the side wall thereof which further facilitates yarn threadup.

    摘要: A yarn texturing apparatus is disclosed which includes a nozzle having a yarn duct therethrough, and a perforated stuffer box at the outlet end of the duct. Heated air is introduced into the duct, and the air is heated by a heater which is positioned in the air supply line leading to the nozzle. The output of the heater is controlled by a temperature sensor which is positioned inside the stuffer box. Also, the nozzle comprises two confronting sections which can be separated to facilitate yarn thread-up, and a valve is provided in the supply line to divert the heated air to an exhaust line when the nozzle is opened. A second temperature sensor is positioned in the supply line and is operative when the nozzle is opened to regulate the output of the heater and avoid large fluctuations of its output. In a further embodiment, the heater is controlled by a circuit which stores the signal from the temperature sensor in the stuffer box, and this stored signal is utilized to control the heater when the nozzle is opened.

    摘要: An apparatus for stuffer box crimping synthetic filament yarns is disclosed, which includes an air nozzle for pulling in and advancing multi-filament yarns at a high speed, and a downstream stuffer box in which the gaseous transport fluid is separated and the yarn is compressed to a compact yarn plug. To increase the production speed and production reliability, the speed at which the yarn is advanced through the air nozzle, and the yarn tension which is produced by the air nozzle is increased. This occurs in accordance with the invention in that the duct for the common advance of the yarn and the transport fluid is configured such that the flow duct narrows in the shape of a nozzle in a first segment down to a restriction at which the outflowing transport fluid reaches the speed of sound, and the duct then widens in a second segment at a small angle of opening.

    摘要: An angle sensor for determining a rotation angle of a rotatable body, such as a steering column in a motor vehicle, includes a gear wheel. The orientation of a magnetic field generated by the gearwheel is configured to be detected by a magnetic field sensor. The gear wheel is comprised of a magnetisable material, such as hard ferrite, into which a magnetisation is introduced. The gear wheel is stronger in a central region than in an edge region in which the teeth are arranged. In order to weakly magnetise the edge region, which minimizes a negative influence of the teeth on the homogeneity of the generated magnetic field, the front face of the gear wheel is configured to be magnetized. The magnetisation process advantageously takes place at the same time as an injection moulding process to form the gearwheel. A method is implemented to produce the gear wheel.

The composite yarn is formed from a plurality of yarn components, which are spun, cooled, drawn, and textured in parallel relationship. The creation of edge markings is thereby completely prevented. An apparatus for the squeezing out process has a first system of rotatably arranged squeezing roller pairs which is held inside of the tubular fabric front the outside thereof and which has an adjustable outer periphery and a second system of rotatably arranged squeezing rollers also held on the outside of the tubular fabric. The second system is adapted to the periphery of the first system of squeezing roller pairs. Both systems cooperate with each other.
