摘要: A description is given of a gas-discharge lamp base (11) with a housing comprising an upper part (10) and a cover (40), a support (16) accommodated in the housing for receiving the components, with a transformer, with inductances connected in series with the lamp (1) and a capacitance connected in parallel with the lamp (1), the transformer comprising a bar transformer (23). This construction permits particularly efficient production, because the support can be constructed as a simple leadframe which permits automatic component fitting.

The carrier part (16) has a top side and a bottom side. Only high voltage-carrying components (23 through 26) of the starting device are arranged on the one side of the carrier part (16), and only low voltage-carrying components (27 through 30) of the starting device are arranged on the other side (low voltage side) of the carrier part (16).

摘要: An oscillating inductor has a symmetrical double-E core, which has two geometrically identical core windows, a cuboid center limb and two cuboid outer limbs. The double-E core is designed such that a longitudinal cross sectional area of the center limb is greater than 90 mm2, with a longitudinal cross section being regarded as a cross section which would separate the double-E core into two single E-cores, and the cross section being at right angles to the longitudinal cross section such that the double-E can be identified in the cross section, with the double-E core being located in a component volume of less than 26.5 mm×26.5 mm×15 mm (width×depth×height).

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods for selectively reducing CysL97 in a preparation of IL-17 antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof (e.g., a preparation of secukinumab antibodies) that have been recombinantly produced by mammalian cells. Also provided are purified preparations of IL-17 antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof produced by such methods, e.g., purified preparations of secukinumab, wherein the level of intact IL-17 antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof (e.g., secukinumab) in the preparation is high, e.g., at least about 90%, as measured by sodium dodecyl sulfate capillary electrophoresis (CE-SDS), and wherein the level of activity of IL-17 antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof (e.g., secukinumab) in the preparation is high, e.g., at least about 92%, as measured by cation exchange chromatograph (CEX).

摘要: A method of casting has a mold assembled on a base plate. The finished mold is rotated by approximately 180° around a horizontal rotational axis. A casting container with an upwardly positioned aperture end, removed from the mold, is filled with melt for one casting operation. The casting container is sealingly coupled by the aperture end to the ingate end of the mold. The mold, together with its contacting casting container, is rotated by approximately 180° around a horizontal axis. Accordingly, the melt reaches the mold, and the casting container is removed from the coupled position away from the mold.
