Abstract: To provide a vehicle lamp in which it is possible to prevent a bonding wire from blocking light emitted from a light emitting surface while improving heat dissipation performance from a light emitting portion. A vehicle lamp includes a light emitting portion having a light emitting element, a circuit board, and a heat sink. In this vehicle lamp, a front region of the heat sink is divided into a first region and a second region, the light emitting portion is fixed to the first region, and the circuit board is fixed to the second region. A light emitting portion-side terminal provided in the light emitting portion and a board-side terminal provided in the circuit board are electrically connected by a bonding wire. The light emitting portion-side terminal is disposed between a light emitting surface that covers the light emitting element, and the board-side terminal in front view.

Abstract: A dimming mechanism, comprising a fixed ball head connecting piece having one end connected to a lighting unit and another end connected to a support frame or lamp body; a first adjustable ball head connecting piece having one end connected to the lighting unit such that the lighting unit rotates to achieve dimming in a first direction; and a second adjustable ball head connecting piece having one end slidingly connected to a sliding slot provided on the lighting unit so that by means of the front and back motion of the second adjustable ball head connecting piece, the sliding slot is driven to rotate, and the lighting unit is, by means of the rotation of the sliding slot, driven to rotate so as to achieve dimming in a second direction. Abstract: A searchlight system for mounting to a vehicle, for example on the A-pillar, without requiring modification to structural frame components. The system comprises a mounting assembly which is installed on the vehicle and a searchlight assembly which is mounted to the mounting assembly. Searchlight assemblies with different optical devices can be modularly exchanged with respect to the same mounting assembly installed on the vehicle. Abstract: A vehicle headlamp is provided, where a high beam module includes a primary optical element (2) and a primary light source (3) located on a back side of the primary optical element (2), and light emitted by the primary light source (3) forms a high beam light shape after passing through the primary optical element (2), where the high beam module is further provided with an auxiliary light source (4) beside the primary light source (3), light emitted by the auxiliary light source (4) forms an auxiliary light shape (6) after passing through the primary optical element (2), and when the low beam module is in a light-emitting state, the auxiliary light source (4) is in a light-emitting state. Beneficial effects: in a low beam lighting mode, a high beam part of the vehicle headlamp remains on, which improves the beauty of the overall appearance of the vehicle headlamp. Moreover, because the brightness of the auxiliary light source (4) is very weak, and does not affect the light intensity and uniformity of low beam light shapes (7 and 8) of a vehicle, other nearby vehicles would not be affected, and thus the driving safety of the vehicles would not be affected.

Abstract: An LED retrofit lamp for a projection headlight system comprises a heat dissipating body portion and a substantially rectangular substrate. Abstract: A method for manufacturing light emitting elements is described and includes providing an un-coated light converting platelet. The un-coated light converting platelet has a top surface, a bottom surface, and side surfaces. A plurality of LED dies is provided. Side surfaces of the un-coated light converting platelet are coated with an at least partly reflective material to form a coated light converting platelet. The coated light converting platelet is separated into light converting tiles. An outline of the light converting tiles substantially corresponds to an outline of one of the plurality of LED dies. The light converting tiles and the plurality of LED dies are assembled to form light emitting elements.
