    摘要: The present invention discloses an automatic lamp replacement device and ultraviolet curing equipment, wherein the automatic lamp replacement device comprises: an acquisition unit used for acquiring the luminous intensity information of ultraviolet lamps; a processing unit used for determining that the ultraviolet lamps need to be replaced and generating a control signal when points with values which are less than a set value exist in the luminous intensity information received from the acquisition unit; a control unit used for controlling a carrying device to work according to the control signal received from the processing unit; and the carrying device used for removing the ultraviolet lamps determined to be the ones needing to be replaced and installing new ultraviolet lamps under the control of the control unit. The automatic lamp replacement device provided by the present invention can improve the automatic control accuracy of the ultraviolet curing equipment.

    摘要: A portable headlight assembly for illuminating a surgical site and moves with the surgeon, the headlight assembly having a headlight source, such as a HID lamp, to illuminate via a light cable coupled to receive and transmit the illumination in the range of natural daylight between 5000 and 6700 degrees Kelvin, a power supply that couples to the HID lamp when the light cable is located to receive focused light from it, and a control that monitors the operation of the headlight source and the portable power supply and is responsive to temperature of the portable power supply and radiation supplying illumination. The light cable extends between the HID lamp to guide illumination from the HID lamp and its reflector to a lens carried on a head strap worn by a practitioner for delivering the illumination to the surgical site.

    摘要: Systems and methods for reducing lamp restrike time are provided. In a lighting apparatus having a housing, a reflector, and a lamp positioned so that at least a portion of the outer jacket of the lamp is within the reflector, a circulating device is operated when the lamp is off and a temperature inside the housing is above a predefined temperature. The circulating device circulates air around the outer jacket of the lamp to cool the lamp so the restrike time is reduced without the need for a starting device with a starting voltage high enough to restart the lamp when the lamp is hot.

    摘要: The invention provides systems and methods for providing illumination. A lighting unit may have a support structure, and one or more light emitting elements supported by a circuit board contacting the support structure. A first optical element and a second optical element may be provided. A remote luminescent material may be provided on one or more optical elements. Light emitting elements configured to excite the luminescent material such as highly efficient light emitting diodes may be directed towards the luminescent material. The support structure may be a heat dissipating element, which may conduct heat from a heat source to a surface of the support structure. The heat dissipating element may have a passageway permitting the formation of a convection path to dissipate heat from the support structure. Such lighting units may be used to replace conventional fluorescent light tubes or other lighting devices, or may be provided as standalone lighting units.

In a specific embodiment, the apparatus has a heat sink provided form one or more portions of the housing.
