摘要: A ware washer, which is designed as a programmable machine or as a conveyor ware washer, has at least one pump, at least one line system connected to the pump, and at least one nozzle system connected to the line system and having at least one nozzle, a liquid being supplied at least intermittently to the at least one nozzle via the line system. A sensor device connected to a control device is provided for detecting a profile of the volumetric flow rate of the liquid in the line system and for comparing the detected flow rate profile with a predetermined flow rate profile. The control device is designed, in the event of a deviation of the detected flow rate profile from the predetermined flow rate profile, automatically either to carry out a regulating action on the operation of the ware washer as a function of the size and the time gradient of a difference between the predetermined flow rate profile and the detected flow rate profile or to issue a fault warning via an optical and/or acoustic interface or to issue a fault warning to a remote maintenance station via a remote control interface.

Furthermore, a sensor device (30, 30′, 30″) connected to a control device (20) is provided for detecting a profile of the hydrostatic pressure (Pi) of the liquid in the line system (12, 12-1, 12-2, 12-3, 12-4, 12-5, 12-6) and for comparing the detected pressure profile (Pi) with a predetermined pressure profile (Ps). In order to achieve the situation where potential deviations of the water circulation capacity or potential deviations of the nozzle pressure can be ascertained and automatically reacted to correspondingly in order to counteract the deviation of the water circulation capacity, according to the invention the control device (20) is designed, in the event of a deviation of the detected pressure profile (Pi) from the predetermined pressure profile (Ps), automatically either to carry out a regulating action on the operation of the ware washer (40, 50) as a function of the size and the time gradient of a difference between the predetermined pressure profile (Ps) and the detected pressure profile (Pi) or to issue a fault warning via an optical and/or acoustic interface (22) or to issue a fault warning to a remote maintenance station via a remote control interface (23).

摘要: Conveyor-type dishwasher comprising a conveying apparatus having compartments which extend transverse to the conveying direction and serve to hold items to be washed. A rinse zone has at least one transversely directed lateral spray nozzle on at least one side each for spraying rinsing liquid onto the item to be washed. Furthermore, a sensor apparatus for items to be washed is provided for detecting empty compartments from among the large number of compartments of the conveying apparatus. A control apparatus is provided to automatically switch off the supply of rinsing liquid to at least some of the lateral spray nozzles of the rinse zone as a function of detected empty compartments, and to automatically switch on the supply of rinsing liquid to at least some of the lateral spray nozzles as a function of detected compartments which contain items to be washed.

A control is operatively connected with the sensor arrangement and configured to vary flow rate of final rinse liquid sprayed from the final rinse nozzles based upon condition of liquid as indicated by the sensor arrangement.

摘要: A method, and related dishwasher, for cleaning wash ware that provides a wash phase followed by a rinse phase, in which rinse fluid is conducted into a treatment chamber (2) of the dishwasher (1). The rinse phase is composed of a fresh-water rinse phase and a steam rinse phase. During the fresh-water rinse phase, a rinse liquid is sprayed into the treatment chamber (2). During the steam rinse phase, steam is generated and conducted into the treatment chamber (2). A total of 0.5 to 2.0 litres of rinse fluid per unit area of 500 mm×500 mm, which is enclosed by the wall of the treatment chamber (2) in a top view of the treatment chamber, and preferably 1.0 to 1.7 litres of rinse liquid per unit area of 500 mm×500 mm, which is enclosed by the wall of the treatment chamber (2) in a top view of the treatment chamber, is sprayed into the treatment chamber (2) during the fresh-water rinse phase.
