    摘要: A flow-control valve has a housing, a guide fixed in the housing and having a tubular end and formed with a radially throughgoing heart-shaped valve opening, and a slide axially shiftable in the housing and having a shaft and a sleeve extending axially from the shaft and snugly surrounding and slidable on the guide-body end. The slide is axially shiftable between positions with the sleeve completely blocking, partially blocking, and completely unblocking the valve opening. An electromagnetic linear actuator in the housing can axially shift the slide. A support ring fixed to the actuator and to the guide forms with the guide-body end an annular chamber into which the valve opening opens and is formed with a radially throughgoing port opening into the chamber and radially aligned with the valve opening.

    摘要: A motor-vehicle shock absorber has a tube at least partially filled with damping liquid and extending, a piston rod axially shiftable inside the damper tube, and a piston connected to the piston rod and subdividing the damper tube into a piston rod-side working chamber and an opposite working chamber. An on-off control valve is axially movable inside the piston between a closed and an open position. A first soft-characteristic damping valve inside the piston through which the damping liquid may flow in both flow directions is connectable to a flow path of the damping liquid from one into the other working chamber through the control valve. A second hard-characteristic damping valve through which the damping liquid may flow in both flow directions is also provided in the piston.

    摘要: The invention relates to a flow-control valve (1) for a hydraulic shock absorber. Components of the basic structure of the flow-control valve (I) are an axially movable slide (5) having a body (6) and a valve sleeve (7), an electromagnetic linear actuator (8) for axial displacement of the slide (5) and a fixed guide body (9) configured as a tube and having an end pin (10). The valve sleeve (7) is guided on the end pin (10) of the guide body (9) and cooperates with at least one valve opening (11) formed in the wall of the guide body (9) such that the flow cross section of the valve opening (11) can be altered by axial movement of the valve body (7). According to the invention the slide (5) is provided in a pole tube (12) fixed on the guide body (9). The body (6) of the slide (5) is guided with a clearance fit in a bearing ring (13) attached to a section of the pole tube (12) surrounding the body (6).

    摘要: The invention relates to a shock absorber for a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle, comprising a) a damper tube (1) at least partially filled with a damping liquid, b) a piston rod (2) arranged so as to reciprocate in the damper tube (1), c) an element guided in the damper tube (1), which element divides the interior of the damper tube (1) into a piston rod-side working chamber (3) and a working chamber (4) remote from the piston rod, d) a housing (5) connected to the piston rod (2), e) a control valve (6) arranged in the housing (5) and movable back and forth between a closed and an open position. The piston rod-side working chamber (3) and the working chamber (4) remote from the piston rod are hydraulically interconnected via the housing (5) and a first damping valve (7) with soft damping characteristics through which the damping fluid can flow in both flow directions is provided in the housing (5). The first damping valve can be switched by means of the control valve (6) into the flow path of the damping liquid from one working chamber into the other working chamber. The shock absorber further comprises g) a second damping valve (8) having hard damping characteristics through which the damping fluid can flow in both flow directions. The invention addresses the problem of providing a shock absorber for a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle having a damping force that can be switched back and forth between two damping force levels, and which even with small diameters of damper tube generates a sufficiently soft damping characteristic at all piston rod speeds, and in which the damping valve arrangement takes up little overall axial length. To solve that problem, it is proposed that the second damping valve (8) is arranged in the interior of the housing (5), and the housing (5) forms the element by which the interior of the damper tube (1) is divided into a piston rod-side working chamber (3) and a working chamber (4) remote from the piston rod.

    摘要: A hydraulic oscillation damper has a piston rod with a piston that is inserted into a damper tube filled with damping fluid, and divides the damper tube into first and second working chambers. First and second continuously adjustable damping valves are disposed in a common housing that is attached to the damper tube, and are connected hydraulically in parallel with the working piston. The housing has a first hydraulic chamber that is connected to the first working chamber via a first bore, and a second hydraulic chamber that is connected to the second working chamber via a second bore. A flow guiding element, which separates the two hydraulic chambers, guides the damping fluid flow to the first or second damping valve in response to a retraction or extension movement of the piston.

    摘要: Bypass valve for a hydraulic dashpot, or shock absorber. The valve connects the dashpot's two working compartments together hydraulically and is provided with a valve bolt (1). The valve bolt has a shaft (3) and a hollow adjustment bolt. The adjustment bolt slides back and forth in a stationary and at least partly hollow guide and operates in conjunction with at least one port (8) in the wall of the guide such that the open cross-section of the port can be varied by the axial motion of the adjustment bolt. A mechanism (A) for controlling the axial motion of the adjustment bolt. To minimize strains, the guide is fixed axially and radially and the adjustment bolt is larger than the guide, which accordingly constitutes a pin that the adjustment bolt can slide over axially.
