    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an indirect heat drying method and a refined-coal production method, with which the stability of carrier-gas pressure balance can be improved when using indirect heat dryers to dry particulate matter. This indirect heat drying method for particulate matter uses two indirect heat dryers, and is provided with: a step (A) in which particulate matter is dried in a first indirect heat dryer; and a step (B) in which the particulate matter is further dried in a second indirect heat dryer to obtain dried particulate matter. The indirect heat drying method for particulate matter is characterized by being further provided with a step (C) in which first microparticles included in a carrier gas discharged from the first indirect heat dryer are recovered and mixed with the particulate matter supplied to step (B); and a step (D) in which second microparticles included in a carrier gas discharged from the second indirect heat dryer are recovered and mixed with the dried particulate matter obtained in step (B).

    摘要: A method for producing refined-coal has steps of (A) heating a mixture including moisture-containing coal and oil, to dehydrate the coal; (B) removing, in a first mist separator having plural baffle plates disposed in parallel, fine particles accompanying vapor generated by the dehydration step and adhered to the surface of the a first mist separator by spraying a liquid at a temperature of 50 ° C. or above and 150 ° C. or below in the first mist separator, which temperature is lower than a temperature to which the mixture is heated in step (A), wherein the sprayed liquid includes an oil component; and (C) compressing the vapor to obtain high-temperature vapor. In the step (B), the vapor is made to sequentially pass through the first mist separator and a second mist separator of a mesh type, while spraying liquid onto the first mist separator through which the vapor passes firstly.

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a refined-coal production method and a refined-coal production device, which exhibit excellent operability, and with which droplets accompanying steam generated when dehydrating moisture-containing coal is efficiently removed. This refined-coal production method is provided with: a step (A) in which a mixture including moisture-containing coal and oil is heated to dehydrate the coal; a step (B) in which droplets accompanying steam generated by performing dehydration are removed; and a step (C) in which steam, having had the droplets removed therefrom, is compressed to obtain high-temperature steam. The refined-coal production method is characterized in that, in step (B), the steam is sequentially passed through one or a plurality of mist separators, and removal of the droplets is performed while liquid is being sprayed onto a first mist separator through which the steam passes firstly.
