摘要： A color image forming process which comprises processing a photographic light-sensitive element comprising a support having thereon a layer containing imagewise distributed silver therein with an aqueous alkaline solution containing a stannous ion and in the presence of a dye and a bispyridinium compound represented by the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each represents a lower aliphatic hydrocarbon group or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are bonded each other to form a ring; n represents 0 or 1; and X.sup.- represents an anion; to bleach the dye in an imagewise manner. By the process of the present invention, color images which are stable to light, heat and moisture are formed using light-sensitive elements containing a reduced amount of silver salt and without using chemicals causing environmental pollution problems for the processing.

摘要： In a color photographic process wherein a color photographic material having at least one silver halide emulsion layer is developed after imagewise exposure in a color developer containing a primary aromatic amine color developing agent to form dye images, the intensification effect of the color images formed is increased with less formation of fog by employing silver iodobromide containing at least about 2 mole percent silver iodide as the silver halide of the silver halide emulsion and developing the silver halide emulsion layer in the presence of a cobalt (III) complex incorporated in the photographic material or a processing solution at temperatures of about 50.degree. C or higher.

摘要： A method of forming an image which comprises subjecting a photographic element comprising a support and at least one photographic layer in which there is image-wise distributed a substance having a catalytic effect to image-wise intensification in the presence of a reducing agent using a solution containing: (1) at least one of hydrogen peroxide and compounds capable of releasing hydrogen peroxide or a halogenite, and (2) at least one nitro-substituted nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound represented by the following General Formulae (I) and (II); ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 represents hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, SO.sub.3 M or COOM, wherein M represents a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal or ammonium group, X represents nitrogen atom or CR', wherein R' represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, and ##STR2## in which R.sub.2 represents hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, SO.sub.3 M or COOM, wherein M represents a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal or an ammonium group and Y represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or CH.sub.2 --S--(CH.sub.2).sub.n --Y' wherein n represents 1 to 3 and Y' represents a hydrogen atom or SO.sub.3 M.
