    摘要: A touch panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a wiring substrate provided with a plurality of wiring patterns formed thereon, and an anisotropic conductive adhesive layer. The first substrate has a first conductive layer and first electrodes extending from two opposite sides of the first conductive layer. The second substrate has a second conductive layer confronting the first surface with a space, and second electrodes extending from two opposite sides of the second conductive layer. The anisotropic conductive adhesive layer connects a terminal portion of the wiring patterns to at least one of the first electrodes and the second electrodes. The wiring substrate has a slit or an aperture between the wiring patterns at one end thereof. The touch panel of this structure is easy to produce, and provides reliable operation and electrical connection and separation.

    摘要: A wiring substrate to be used in a variety of electronic apparatuses, and an input device, such as an optically transparent touch panel, using the same wiring substrate, and a method of manufacturing the same input device are disclosed. The invention simplifies a construction of the wiring substrate, reduces the number of manufacturing steps of the substrate, and makes all the connectors of the substrate in a single-sheet structure. The electrical and mechanical connections of those connectors to other connecting means can be thus highly reliable. Plural wiring patterns 22, 23, 24 and 25, and connectors 22A, 23A, 24A and 25A are formed on a first principal surface of wiring substrate 20. Substrate 20 includes flexible bending section P—P, and when substrate 20 is bend along bending section P—P, some connectors such as 24A, 25A are placed on a second principal surface opposite to the first one, so that wiring substrate 20 is formed.

Upon having a display element provided on a lower surface of the lower board, this touch panel allows the display element to be easily visually recognized, and is inexpensive and operated easily.

    摘要: A touch panel includes a light-transmittable upper substrate, a light-transmittable upper resistor layer on a lower surface of the upper substrate, a light-transmittable lower substrate, a light-transmittable lower resistor layer on an upper surface of the lower substrate, an adhesive layer on an upper surface of the upper substrate, and a light-transmittable plate on the adhesive layer. The upper substrate is made of material having oxygen and nitrogen removed therefrom. The lower resistor layer faces the upper resistor layer by a distance. The light-transmittable plate disables oxygen and nitrogen to pass through the plate substantively. Even being used in high temperatures, this touch panel does not produce an air bubble in the adhesive layer, hence allowing a user to clearly view a display device through the touch panel.

    摘要: A touch panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a wiring substrate provided with a plurality of wiring patterns formed thereon, and an anisotropic conductive adhesive layer. The first substrate has a first conductive layer and first electrodes extending from two opposite sides of the first conductive layer. The anisotropic conductive adhesive layer connects a terminal portion of the wiring patterns to at least one of the first electrodes and the second electrodes.     摘要: A wiring board used for various electronic apparatuses, an input device such as an optically transparent touch panel using the wiring board, and a method of manufacturing the input device, which are inexpensive. A plurality of electrodes provided at the side of one end of one principal surface of wiring board, wiring patterns coupled to electrodes, and a connector disposed region provided at the side of the other end of wiring board are provided. In this connector disposed region, connectors are disposed. In substantially the central portion of the connector disposed region, a concave portion is provided and in the vicinity of connectors, a bending portion is disposed. Furthermore, a cut portion is disposed between or in the vicinity of the plurality of connectors.

    摘要: A touch panel which is constituted by using an adhesive layer having a thickness which is 70% or more of a thickness of an approximately picture-frame-like spacer which allows respective outer peripheries of an upper substrate and a lower substrate to adhere to each other is provided. Due to such a constitution, when the touch panel is used under high temperature or in an environment where the temperature difference is severely large so that the thermal expansion or shrinkage is generated on upper substrate or lower substrate, these thermal expansion and shrinkage can be absorbed by the thick and soft adhesive layer. As a result, it is possible to suppress the peeling-off of upper and lower substrates thus realizing a surely manipulable touch panel.

    摘要: A touch panel is equipped with a light-transmissive upper substrate, a light-transmissive lower substrate, a polarizing plate bonded onto a top surface of the upper substrate, and a light-transmissive adhesive layer containing acid acceptors. A lower surface of the upper substrate is formed thereon with an upper conductive layer, and a top surface of the lower substrate is formed thereon with a lower conductive layer facing the upper conductive layer, with a certain air gap provided. The polarizing plate has a polarizer and a triacetylcellulose film bonded onto both surfaces of the polarizer. The adhesive layer bonds at least one of the polarizer with the triacetylcellulose film and the upper substrate with the polarizing plate. This makeup provides the touch panel with favorable visibility and easy operability.
