摘要： A coin selector includes a single coin passage and a single coin rolling-down passage. The coin passage is equipped with a coin discriminating mechanism so as to discriminate whether a coin inserted through a coin insert slit is a true coin or a false coin, and moreover, discriminate the kind of the coin which has been recognized as a true coin. On the other hand, the coin rolling-down passage is equipped with a coin distributing mechanism so as to selectively distribute the true coin conveyed from the coin passage depending on the kind of each coin. Conculsively, the coin selector is contructed in a very compact configuration.

摘要： A coin separator includes first and second coin passages separated and defined in part by a plate having an elongated hole disposed lengthwise in the downward direction of coin movement. The diameter of the elongated hole is less than large diameter coins and greater than smaller diameter coins which are to be sorted. The plate is attachable to and detachable from the casing for cleaning and repair purposes, and a lower portion of the elongated hole has arcuate cutouts on both sides of a lower portion of the plate which projects upwardly in opposite relationship to downward coin movement. The peripheries of the arcuate cutouts and the upwardly projecting plate portion are tapered upwardly in cross-section which in conjunction with a tongue having a lower end movable into and out of the elongated hole assure that bent and/or deflected coins of small diameter pass through the appropriate coin passage.

摘要： A coin tube cassette is detachably mounted in a coin dispensing apparatus and has a plurality of coin tubes for storing coins in the direction of thickness thereof and coin shoots in units of denominations of coins stored in the radial direction thereof. The coins are automatically replenished by coin selector gates in the coin tubes or the coin shoots until they become full. A selected coin is discharged from the coin tube or the coin shoot in response to a code set by a code setter in accordance with the type of the tube cassette and the denominations of coins stored in the coin tubes. Coin dispensing is performed by a rotary disk having grooves for receiving coins and a coin selection plates having slits. The coin tube or the coin shoot is selected by a single solenoid.

摘要： An apparatus for receiving and discharging coins is disclosed. The apparatus includes two vertical coin cases aligned in the forward/rearward direction and separated from each other through a partition plate and having open lower ends; a T-shaped coin inlet operatively connected to the respective coin cases; a plate-like guide member horizontally secured to the open lower ends of the coin cases and having a coin passing hole the center of which is positioned just under a lower end of the partition plate; a sliding plate mounted on the guide member so as to be movable forward/rearward and having a coin accepting hole which accepts one coin from the coin cases and traverses right over the coin passing hole to thereby drop down the coin through the coin passing hole when the sliding plate is moved; driving mechanism for reciprocating the sliding plate forward and rearward; and a controlling system for controlling the driving mechanism such that the sliding plate is operated according to a given coin discharging manner.
